So I bought a 2012 ford Taurus in dec 2023 and it’s only September 2024 my transmission went yes they offered to split the cost of the repair but the vehicle is only worth $3,000 and the transmission is around $4,000 so me coming out of pocket for $2,000 is just crazy to me and they except me to still make payments this buy here pay here place is no good definitely recommend going elsewhere I wish I never did business with them there selling cars over 10k that are only for maybe 4k tops so if your looking for a car I would definitely not pick this place

Great customer service . Heather answered the many questions had . (trust me I had a lot of questions) heather showed me my options before I arrived . Once I arrived the car was waiting for me to test drive. She pulled out all the cars I wanted to test drive without a problem. Traction was seamless . Would highly recommend. ask for heather you won’t be disappointed.

I just wanna say all my years buying vehicles this was the best experience I ever had! Heather was amazing knowing I live out of state and working 2 jobs she was very understanding and flexible with my situation! She saved my family vacation if it wasn’t for her! Absolutely hands down one of the Best Buy here pay here car companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The girls in the office ( I worked with Ashley ) were nothing short of amazing and very knowledgeable. Even when I had a question they couldn’t answer, there mechanics were straight to the point and could. I will be buying my daughter’s car from here as well. Not that you see this often but the owner was onsite and extremely friendly. I couldn’t have asked to be taken care of better!!! Pallies will ALWAYS have me as a customer.
