This was our second year using MBM Sports for our fundraiser T-shirts. We worked with Brooks this time around and had a great experience. Communicative, efficient, made all of the changes we asked for. Our shirts turned out great. Will definitely be back next year.

It’s 10 PM on a Friday night and the town’s sports program needed last minute socks for opening day in the morning. He dropped everything to go to the store tonight and make sure these young girls could shine at Opening Day tomorrow. He even delivered them! Bill you are a stand up businessman and representative for our community!

I’ve had many years of exceptional service at MBM sports. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Michelle is always so wonderful. She takes so much time ensure our custom orders are exactly what we want, high quality and affordable. I’ve done business with similar places and MBM is just different and will always have us as a customer.

We have been using MBM for over 5 years now for team stores, uniforms, practice pinnies, jackets, coach gifts and anything else we can think of for Kingsway Youth Lacrosse. The staff is great and our sales team always gets stuff done on time and if there are any issues they are always taken care of quickly.. Their graphic arts department is phenomenal, always giving us new designs for new team stores. Thank you MBM.

Love MBM sports! Our local soccer club in town has been using MBM for 4 years for all of our uniforms. MBM sports helped us customize an alternate uniform using our town colors and logo, they helped us design a memorial band for one of our teams who had parents pass away (that players could wear over their socks). The costumer service is awesome, attentive, thorough and accommodating. I have used numerous companies in the past for our sports needs and by far MBM has been the BEST! We will never use anyone else again!

Very disappointed with the communication. I walked in on Sunday, explained what I wanted on the back of my jacket. There was a lack of communication it seems from the very start because the cashier asked no questions and wrote the order down, which ended up being incorrect. That prompted me to follow up via email and clarify what I needed to be done.The owner returned my email saying it can’t be done because there is a minimum of 12 pieces. Fine! I’m in a rush, the jacket is already there… charge me for 12. He responds to tell me that it would be ridiculously expensive as they’d have to charge me 3 new screen charges at $30 and a print charge of $70…. Ok! No problem, go right ahead. Proceed.Crickets. I get a phone call from the store this afternoon telling me I can pick up the jacket and it couldn’t be done. I don’t understand. I don’t care about the money. My time was wasted. I could have had it done in this time somewhere else.I wanted to visit this store because I support local businesses 100%. They are the backbone of our economy. Why would I go get this job done by some corporation when I could put money in the pocket of a small business owner?The lack of communication from start to finish was very frustrating.

This company has went above & beyond for me. My daughter plays club field hockey and her jersey came in too small. From the moment I made the initial contact with Bill he has been kind and understanding. He has answered my many emails in a timely manner (even through the holidays) and made she she will have a new uniform for her tournament this weekend. Id 100% recommend this company over and over. Great customer service.
