After a condescending experience at a different mattress retailer in Sewell, NJ, my wife and I went to this location looking for a new affordable king size mattress and box spring for our bedroom. It was here that we had a fun and friendly experience with Joe -a representative who usually works at the Deptford store, but was filling in for the day. Joe was a breath of fresh air. He listened, was understanding, and extremely helpful. He walked us through the selection process (which was awesome!) and we left there knowing we made the right decision. Go to this location for all your mattress needs or head to the Deptford location, ask for Joe, and tell'm Chris sent ya!

Fantastic service- Gabriel A. was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses at the store and helped me find the perfect one for me that fit the price-point I was looking for. I would highly recommend coming in.

Absolutely amazing!! Gabriel is the guy that help me and my father out and I cannot be any happier! There are so many options there and he made sure I would leave comfortable. Not only that, but he really made my dream bed reachable as far as money goes. And now that I have it, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I highly suggest everyone buy there mattresses from this exact spot with him!!!

Gabriel was amazing! He helped me from the time I called to the time of me leaving with a great new full bed for my big girl moving out of her toddler bed! Helped me even load it! He was very polite and you can’t get better customer service with a genuine honest person with a non stop smile on their face. He helped me to price match the mattresses I found at other places! I couldn’t have got everything I got all in one store too for that price! Thank you so much again Gabriel!

I walked into the mattress store expecting a scam-fest but I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing experience given to me. I was greeted with a big smile and magnetic personality by a friendly expert named Gabriel and like a heavenly conductor he gave me a short grand tour with no pressuring gimmicks. I am not exaggerating when I say he was like a human encyclopedia and I learned more about my sleep habits then I knew about my family history . He was 100 percent accurate when he said you do not pick the mattress the mattress picks you!I swear, I could hear angels singing lullabies as soon as I laid down on it. After he told me more about it and what all the benefits were I actually started fantasizing how I would be canceling all my plans to spend the rest of my life on it! Trust me, if you're looking for a mattress give your back a blessing and go see Gabriel at the Mattress Factory in Turnersville!
