Simon provided excellent customer service via a phone call. I stated the size & model, he verified the inventory & accepted my full payment. We picked it up a few hrs later. Love the gel mattress!!

Chris & Dylan really were an excellent team. Both were busy, yet both helped educate us on all the Tempur-Pedic beds between helping others. There was zero pressure. We purchased our bed days later and it went smoothly. Chris was excellent in answering our questions and getting us checked out without a hitch. As this is a big investment. I highly recommend Mattress Firm. We can’t wait to get our new mattress!

Me and my boyfriend went shopping for a new mattress for the first time. the man that helped us was so nice and so helpful and also put no pressure on us to buy anything right then and there, however did help us save money and buy a great mattress. wish i had his name, he was the only man in there. [edit] i believe his name was dylan, as all the reviews are great with his name.
