This was a horrible experience. Office is supposed to closed at 3:30. I walked in at 2:52pm and the check in machines were off, front desk window closed and all staff were in the back. Waited for about 25-30 mins at the front desk until a woman described: dark skin, with braids looked at me, as if I wasn’t just standing and waiting there. I asked if anyone was going to help me and she was ignorant and rudely comments, that I was not waiting 25 mins and she saw me come in. So, if she saw me come in why wasn’t I attended properly? Instead I was rejected to be seen because now it’s 3:17. Ghetto and unprofessional! Labcorp needs better staff!

On the door and online says closing time is 3:30. I left work early to get there at 2:30 and they were already closed. Why bother having a closing time if you don't follow it.

Horrible location. One tech was so rude after i suggested where to find my vein and she said dont tell her how to her job, like really? Im trying to help you out. Will never come back here. Labcorp do better. It does not take a lot to be friendly. And insulting patients behind closed doors is extremely unprofessional. I know what i heard and saw. Just so unprofessional.

This was a horrible experience! We had a lab order for our 12 month old so we went to this location and checked in using the kiosk, as instructed. The kiosk states you can wait anywhere and will receive a text when it’s your turn for lab work. With the waiting room being crowded and it being a hot summer day, we waited in our car. We were there for an hour until I finally went into the patient area and asked the lady at the desk when we would be seen, or if I need to think about bringing my baby back another time. She had a negative attitude and said she called our name 30 minutes prior. To say I was upset is an understatement. We then ended up doing the bloodwork which was very traumatic for my already exhausted 12 month old! The customer service here is very poor and they weren’t even apologetic. Do not tell people they can wait anywhere and will get a text if all you do is walk 5 feet into the waiting area, call a name once and then move on. I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone.

I needed to pick up a container to drop off a stool sample and was ignored for approx 20 minutes. There is no option for signing in on the kiosk to pick up a specimen collection container.

Yikes, just yikes. Go to Quest Diagnostics all. This aint it. Recept was chatting to her colleague the whole the time, didnt even look up except to take my script then murmured something and pointed. Cleanliness is no where near Quest Diagnostics.

Took off work to come here and do my labs and urine testing for surgery clearance. The person who called me to the back, handed me a cup and i went to the bathroom first to complete the urinalysis portion. She was on her phone texting the entire time. Today I’m told “the urinalysis was never done”. I am livid! Being on your phone and not paying attention was more important than doing your job, and now it is affecting MY surgery!!!!

My Son was there 04/12/24)DNA, the lady was rude and unprofessional.how can a Phlebotomy do a DNA without not putting on gloves and mask.our problem is that, she using kit and reading the manual and she said to my Son,she hope she is doing the right thing.she swab him and put the swab on the table.wish mean that is bad and wrong.i don't understand what she is going to write.i don't know when court is using LabCorp for DNA.this place need a good professional staffs, that understand people that come to there office.those ladies yesterday are unprofessional at all.will have a good LabCorp out there, but the office in Turnerville NJ is the worst place to be.

Went to get testing done for my daughter and I. Romaine was very professional. She checked us in and took the test for my daughter and I. I can tell she’s a leader and was great at handling a lot of moving parts. Great job! And thank you!

Not sure what is happening with Labcorp but it is utterly horrible. A place of business like this who is responsible for seeing patients all day long should not be run this poorly. The employees treat their patients/customers like they are bothering them. I don't know where management is and who makes the decisions on how these places are run but they should lose their jobs. Zero accountability or customer service! You can no longer talk to a front desk person so if you have a question or concern, good luck! I understand having kiosks for check in but being in a medical service industry, this should NOT replace a helpful person who isn't angry when you have a question. Giving the majority of their patients are elderly, this is horrible. My personal experience was only to pick up a doctor ordered home test. The kiosk had NO choice or instructions on that so I signed in using the "other" choice on kiosk. The waiting room was packed with no seats so I went outside to try to call them on the phone to see if I had to wait. No answer...went back in and caught someone at the window. Asked her if I needed to wait for the specimen kit...she said no and asked for my name. Brought the kit out and I had to ask her what to do when I bring it back. She said sign on at kiosk and check "specimen drop off". Went back with the specimen and did what she said. Had to wait in full waiting room again. Half hour later, I get called back. The woman said (rudely) "all you had to do is drop off in the bin" and points to it. I asked her how was I supposed to know that if no one told me. There was no sign and the bin is in the back where you can't see it. Oh and forgot to mention, my doc told me to follow the instructions for the home sample...except they didn't put any instructions in the kit. So I had to try to call them...no answer. Finally pressed the option for medical professionals and got a hold of a service rep who was incredibly rude and of NO help. I asked for a supervisor and after 10 minutes was put on with one who was helpful and gave me the instructions. Unbelievable...if you can avoid using Labcorp do so at any cost. If not, be prepared to be treated like a subhuman while you are going through medical issues. You might be better off just going to an ER to get the tests you need!

Severely understaffed. I didn't wait long because half the people in the waiting room that arrived before me left after waiting 1-2 hours. Another employee finally showed up and helped to get things moving. If I had to come to LabCorp again, I would try another location before coming to this one.

I went to get labs as a walk-In. That was my first mistake. My second mistake was talking to the women at the front desk and asking if the labs I was having needed fasting. The women was not letting me get a word in and told me 10 times that they were understaffed and didn’t have time to answer any questions. I signed in and gave the women my paperwork after 2 hrs and she said that the test I was having was time sensitive and it had to be done in the morning and sent me on my way. Well bc they were rude and the place was filthy I decided to go to the another location. However, that test was not time sensitive and could have been taken . I waiting 2 hrs to be sent away for no reason. Don’t ever go there!

Dirty, unsanitary, and unprofessional staff! Never again. The Hammonton office is so much better! This place didn't sanitize or wipe behind ANYONE. It was one person to the next jumping in the seat without being cleaned first. That was enough for me to never go back. On top of it, it took multiple people to take my fiances blood. The girl who did me wasn't terrible but it's obvious no one there knows what they are doing it's a mess in there. I go to Hammonton office normally and it's a breath of fresh air compared to this office. What a joke ?
