Do not go here if you want them to not destroy your hair. My mom was growing out her hair and just wanted to go in for a trim. That didn’t happen and instead the girl took out clippers and took off all her hair in the back and sides. Not only that but it is also uneven. She wanted it longer for a wedding and now that won’t be happening. She’s very upset about it and won’t be returning to any great clip salons.

Ended up walking out. I checked in and got on the waitlist online like recommended. I showed up a few minutes afterwards and the stylist completely skipped over me and said the waitlist doesn’t matter, but it’s first come first serve. That’s fine but why have a waitlist if it doesn’t do anything. I ended up leaving due to having limited time before work which is why I did the waitlist and check in process. I ended up going to haircuttery since they actually stick to their waitlist process. Maybe other locations are could be better but I won’t be going there anymore.

The two ladies working were completely uninterested in cutting mine and my sons hair. The woman who did mine was completely spaced out, she could not communicate properly. She totally cut my sideburns off at the top of my ear, they look ridiculous. They were constantly complaining about their boss, which is the only thing they seemed interested in doing. We will never return to this location.

Watched an employee see me park while she walked into the store. She pulled the door tight and saw her smile at someone and turn the lock. She walked away from the door still smiling and turned off the lights. The hours say they don’t close until 6. We went down the road to Hair Cuttery for my son’s 10 minute hair cut instead.

A great place to get a simple hair trim! The price was reasonable in comparison to Haircuttery which wanted to charge me over $30 plus tip for a dry hair trim. I will definitely return!!!

Asked for a high and tight fade, she gave my son a buzz cut and wasn’t focused on her job. My son suggested renaming it Trash Clips. I can’t seem to get anyone to give my son a decent haircut.?.

Came here for a shampoo, hair cut, and blow dry (it was like 20 degrees outside)Stylist tells me they don't shampoo. And their "blow dry" is just a quick pass with the hair dryer. My haircut was done in like 2 minutes. My bangs were not all pulled forward for the trim so some were missed. I always wondered why this one is never as busy as the Berlin Cross Keys one is, now I know why.

Christina went above and beyond for me during my haircut. She even defended me from other customer berating me for taking too long when asking Christina questions about how to properly maintenance and style my hair while I was paying, since I got it cut differently for the first time. Highly recommend Christina!
