Must be company policy to open a noon however it is now 10 after noon and have been sitting in your lot since 11am and your doors are still closed. I assumed business hours were a normal thing but I guess gaming companies open on their own time and don’t abide by their own schedules lol.

Sign on the door said they were open 12-7. Google confirms that time. Walked up at 1pm and the door was locked, yet people were in there. Aggravating to drive all the way over there, (you must realize how much of a pain it is to get through that parking lot with Walmart there) and you’re not open when you are supposed to be.,

Incredibly odd interaction. Girl told me I can’t exchange my controller with the prp protection plan for anything else but the same controller. I have a receipt from October clearly showing that’s how I needed up with the current controller. She couldn’t provide any evidence besides a QR code leading to the protection plan. Where it clearly states.Coverage: This PRP will provide for repair or one-time replacement, at Our sole discretion, of the hardware covered by this PRP in the event of a Failure not covered by insurance or any other warranty or service contract.But yet no where does it say has to be for the same item.

A huge thank you to Paige, every time I’ve come to this store, she just reminds me WHY I keep coming back, and I love all the way in Pennsauken, very patient, very warm demeanor, great attitude, just a overall kind heart, even when it was busy she was incredibly sweet, this is a go too store, Great Staff especially our girl Paige

I was in today on 8/21 around 530 to sell a console and some games. I was told I had to buy an HDMI cable to go with my console or they couldn't buy it and in normal gamestop fashion I was offered way less than fair value. When I decided not to take the offer, the young man proceeded to open one of the games I had that still had its wrapper on it (proving it to be brand new) and hand it back to me. I took my things and walked out straight to Bandit video where the man's first offer was double what gamestop offered. Long story short, don't sell here. Go to bandit where they won't devalue your stuff because you said no.

Typical GameStop in terms of store layout and variety. Very friendly staff with a good sense of humor. Outside my usual traveling range for a GameStop because I was looking for a specific item.
