Rob's shop Full Throttle was a great first time experience. I was recommended by another customer of his that I met at a bike night. After being turned down by other shops including 2 Harley dealerships I heard about Full Throttle. The other shops did not even want to to do an oil change or check over my newly purchased07 American Ironhorse Texas Chopper. Rob did an oil change, back brakes, checked over the whole bike and mounted the sissy bar whiche required drilling through my custom graphics painted fender. Rob always stayed in contact with me and made sure the sissy bar install was exactly how I wanted it.This will now be my go to shop, and I am 75 miles away. Thanks Rob. Rob is fantastic. He is personable and very knowledgeable. With motorcycle tires in demand and hard to get due to supply issues, he recommended tires, then had to search and find them. The rear tire was to be done first since the front was ordered and taking longer, the day he was doing the rear tire the front one came in and he made the time to replace that as well, saving me a return trip to the shop.
