I was referred to Free Spirit by a colleague and given Chesney's name... Thank GOD!! She did such an amazing job, I LOVE my hair and I feel like there's only been a handful of times where I have walked out of a salon truly content and loving my hair from day #1! She listened to everything I wanted and asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for. Even when she did my trim, she was sure to show me just how much she would be cutting (because I am crazy about my hair and hate getting it cut!). She was also a pleasure to chat with and it was such a great experience as a first-time client. I am DEFINITELY going back and I will be seeing Chesney! I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the price was a steal in comparison! Thank you, Chesney!!

Had my very first visit there today 4/16/24 had my hair done by Chesney root touch up and blow out she did an amazing job..Can't wait for my next visit and to add more services.. Thanks Chesney love my hair...?

Elena is truly amazing! She truly listens to what you need and then perfectly delivers exactly what you ask for. She has an incredible skill and expertise developed through training and experience, but more than that, she genuinely cares about her customers. It's such a pleasure to experience a person who truly loves what they do and who works hard to deliver quality and excellence with every cut. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

I have been coming between salons for more than a year, I have worked with some of their employees for my hair, short color and styling, but among them, I really liked three of them more than the others, Elena, Abri and Christina. I would like to start by saying that Customer Service here is just great, from the first call to the last interaction before leaving, everyone here is so pleasant and professional! Both my daughter and I have just recently discovered this Hair Salon and we love it! My daughter's stylist is Aubrey while mine is Petri! They are awesome and they take so much pride in what they do. They are always pretty busy however they have many stylists so booking an appointment it's kind of easy!

I made an appt with Candi, and I am so glad I did! She listened to what I wanted, offered professional advice, but was not dominating at all, and she gave me an amazing hair cut! I have straight hair, which is hard to cut, and she did a great job! She is also just a very kind person, with a huge heart, very empathic, and personable. I went in around 6pm and there was no one there, and classic rock was playing -my favorite- so that made it an even better experience. I had a really good time and it was a perfect end to my day. I recently moved into the area and was hoping to find a new salon to call home. It's safe to say Free Spirit will not be it. I had my haircut by someone who appeared to have very little experience. My hair was so uneven that it needed to be fixed by a more seasoned associate and as a result, my hair was much shorter than I wanted, and still slightly uneven. My hair wasn't even entirely dried after asking for more blow drying. Incredibly disappointed in my overall experience. At no point was I ever informed that the associate who I was working with was 'still learning', I would have at least expected to be asked if this was acceptable before beginning my appointment. I hope anyone else who decides to give Free Spirit a try has a more pleasant experience.
