I like shopping at this location however I guess she's the mgr blonde short hair is very rude.she shouldnt be a mgr at all hopefully upper management can have a speaking with her.on how to be friendly with customers!!

Lady at the counter asked if “I had money” because my card got declined for being locked … then stated “ I don’t want to ring this up Again so do you want me to buy it ?”…. She said this all in a very rude way. The audacity of this lady ( white elder lady blonde hair… ( august 1 10:00am ).
I did let her know it is her job to ring it up again if I decided I want to repurchase. Lazy elder ew

I had made my purchase at Dollar Tree for my coin wrappers and soda and associate named Geraldine was giving an attitude to her customers and was cursing and screaming across the store and would not help me find my item until she has checkout her customers at the register. She treated me unprofessional and yelling me while I had to look for my item would not help me.

Geraldine not nice person. She threw my things left and right. Very unprofessional. Watch where she will threw your items when she not in the mood. . .not right at all.

First visit at this location, will not be going back. I get the no bag thing I guess but if I purchase something in your store specifically glasses am I wrong to think the cashier would at least wrap them in paper for me. Not tell me when asked that you can help me wrap the glasses but you have other work to do and don't have time. Customer service is nonexistent these days it's sad.

I like this store. It is usually very clean and well stocked. Today I accidentally placed my cell phone on the conveyer belt with my items for purchase. Gerry let me know it was there and then literally yelled at me "PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET. ITS NOT YOUR LIFELINE!" Aside from the fact that I am 32 years old and have no idea how having my phone on the conveyer belt equates to it being my lifeline, this was done in front of other customers and was extremely embarrassing.

Very bad experience here. I came here right after going to five below and had my one year old in the shopping cart I used there. Immediately after entering the dollar tree the cashier literally yelled at me and humiliated me in front of all the other costumers because apparently I have to use a dollar tree shopping cart. She did NOT have to speak to me like that. She could have said it much nicer instead of embarrassing me. And I literally had my one year old with me. I said okay well now I don’t feel comfortable shopping here anymore and walked out. Will never come back here again. Treat your customers nicer. Seriously.
