Today was my first visit to this CVS in Washington, NJ & I would like to say that I found it very clean. Friendly staff & I will go back again while I am in the area. 👍

Would give five stars, but some staff members are less than friendly, and systems go down more often than they probably should, causing you to lose out on deals and coupons you're entitled to without knowing. That being said, many of the employees are very kind, and I do enjoy going here for odds and ends while picking up my family's medications. The store is clean and generally well stocked.

2nd time is not too great experience there. I went to Ride Aid instead. I asked for help to get an item that was locked. The employee told me I would have Togo to the front, get a cashier, and come back to get my item.

Place is way too overpriced. I only come here for film development, which takes 15 days to get!! This place should be 24/7. They close so early. Even Shop Rite closes at 10.

Tell me how I just waited 15 minutes for Christie to unlock the lighters. I went into the store just for a simple pack of lighters and that was all. There was no line, the store was quiet, there was myself and an elderly man in the store and that was about it. I walked up to the registers and asked Christie “do you sell lighters here?”. She responded “yes, they’re over by the coolers, I will need to unlock them for you, so give me a minute”. I politely said “okay, no problem!” And walked over to the lighters. And patiently waited as the elderly man was behind me at that point looking to check out. After she finished up with the man, some how forgot about me in that single transaction and walked to the back of the store. I waited some more thinking maybe she needed to go get the key. A few minutes go by and I still have yet to see Christie come back. I start walking to the register to find another associate, as another cashier came out, and asked how I was doing. At that point I replied I’m well how are your, thinking maybe Christie passed the task along to another associate to help me since she was taking so long. But as I turned around the cashier was not following me and started doing something in the cooler. I asked her then if she could unlock the lighters for me and she said “yes, I’ll be right back with the key” the associate comes back from the registers with the key and unlocks the lighters. She takes me to the register and rings me up. At that point Christie had returned to behind the registers and was on her phone. Thanks Christie for your lack of attentiveness. What should’ve taken 5 minutes took 3 times the amount of time it should have. Time is money. Thanks Christie for wasting mine. CVS, you can do better..

This CVS used to be so beautiful and friendly when it opened. One of my favorite locations. There was a very Helpful and kind woman named Lori working there. I came in yesterday to buy a few items and a large gentleman who seems to be employed by cvs, he stepped in, unaware of a conversation that a associate and I were having about care plus and started saying things over top of her. Hope we get some better staff.

Expensive and sends faulty coupons that makes you think you'll be able to purchase something at a fair price but it won't work. The new No Backpack policy is disgusting. I do not want to leave my bag on the floor where it could be stolen not do I want to force employees the responsibility of my belongings. The people who work here do their best but the corporation itself is anti-human and doesn't care how much it ruins and insults employee's and customer's ways of living.

Younger male manager has accused both of my children of stealing, one was with me at the time and he didn't realize it and apologized profusely when he realized he was wrong. At 8:50 the front register staff starts to complain that they have to go home. I just left an order of $94.00 at the register and walked out because they made me feel so uncomfortable while looking for my card. The girl just kept saying I've gotta go. I'll just go to ShopRite from now on.

If you bring your own bag in like you're required to do thanks New Jersey these people will stalk you around the story and assume you're stealing stuff on top of that for some reason the bathrooms locked and they're constantly out of stock of everything on top of that the manager is a massive if you ask her any question or for corporate number after she spent 20 minutes harassing you

After a very nice visit in early Dec to get a small quantity of a diabetes medication, the CVS app kept sending me refill notices on the CVS APP for this one time 5 day supply. I called this CVS pharmacy and was immediately and rudely told "Corporate does that" We have no control, call corporate. I explained that the APP is responding to the errant prescription. "Corporate does that" I asked for a manager. Another person was more pleasant, explaining that my prescription in my home state would be cancelled. I asked her to cancel a specific prescription # and she repeated herself about the cancellation of the full prescription. That's ok. I have no choice, its the only way to work around the CVS APP...
