The CVS pharmacy in Sewell has been HORRIBLE for the past year but worse recently! The lines are out of control long. You can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone in under 10 minutes. One time I was on hold for a while and decided to DRIVE there while on hold. I live 15 mins away. When I arrived, 20 mins on hold, no one was on the phone at the store. I went to the counter and asked them to TAKE MY CALL! The last two times, they have royally messed up my prescriptions causing me to have to either wait or come back AFTER I had pre-paid! They don’t have enough help. And they don’t seem to care (have it on good authority that they refuse to hire more help). I’m switching pharmacies after 23 years with them. ?

This is a well stocked pharmacy and I've never had a problem having prescriptions filled. But I do have ONE MAJOR GRIPE: Everyone in line uses the same pen attached to the credit card signature device. So as you use that pen for your receipt signature, your hand comes in contact with every hand that has used the same pen. They used to have a big bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter; haven't seen it in quite a while. As I left the store yesterday, I brought it to the attention of the floor manager, who said she'd handle it, so we'll see, but I shouldn't need to tell her these things to begin with, especially with flu season and Covid....and in a store filled with SICK PEOPLE.

Really the only good thing is they are open 24h. Most of the employees have an attitude with an occasional 1/5 that are actually helpful and know what they’re doing. They are overworked and understaffed which is a shame. Finally switching pharmacies

Most of the employees there, especially the long time ones, are very good. They simply cannot handle the prescription load. To blame the staff for wait times is unfair. They need another location in town.

Sorry, I can't even give them 1 star. They Suck. Do Not Answer The Phone and it took from 1/3/24 till 1/10/24 to fill a prescription They Lie To Your Faces A Bunch Of IDIOTS handling your Health And Your Life, Forget It, Go To Another Pharmacy, FAST

Relative to other area CVS stores and other local pharmacies, I have to say I have had the best experience here. I drive 20 minutes to avoid several closer pharmacies.The store is clean, stocked, and normally well organized. Some of the store staff are rude, but I have had mostly good experience with pharmacy staff. The fact this is a 24 hour pharmacy is a huge bonus.CVS corporate needs to replace the automated phone systems in general - PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS and provide something useful and customer friendly.With the state of most pharmacy chains today, this one store is a blessing, even with a few negative experiences.

They used to be so nice and professional and while not the fastest they used to be accurate with when prescriptions will be ready. Now it's slower, they are rude, get prescriptions wrong routinely and tell you it's done and ready when they back ordered it for a week from then. Avoid when possible.

I picked up DayQuil/NyQuil Cold & Flu and asked the gentleman at the Pharmacy counter if I could check out with him or if I had to go up front. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. He asked if I had my rewards card number and I gave him my phone number associated with the rewards card. The whole transaction took about 1 minute. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Been using this pharmacy for 15 years, wait times are insane anymore not worth it! Waited in line 2 times, once during day and later at night it took 40 minutes to get up to window. 1st time the rx was not ready 6 hours after it was sent and 2nd time when I got to window the worker had bad attitude, very unapologetic and didn’t care about the time wasted for myself and the 6 cars behind me who eventually drove away. Customer satisfaction is lacking and if you value your time don’t bother using this pharmacy!
