CVS Pharmacy in Sewell is a well-stocked, clean, and normally well-organized location open 7 days a week, with the significant bonus of being a 24-hour pharmacy. It provides reliable prescription services, vaccinations, personal care items, and more, with time-saving options like pickup and delivery. Most employees, especially the long-time ones and most pharmacy staff, are very good, kind, friendly, and helpful, with some genuinely caring and going out of their way for patients. However, some staff members can be rude. A major gripe is a shared pen at the credit card terminal without readily available hand sanitizer, which is a concern in a store with sick people. While the pharmacy itself is praised, the staff simply cannot handle the prescription load, leading to wait times, indicating a need for another location in town. Additionally, the automated phone system is criticized as not customer-friendly. Despite these issues, relative to other area stores, many consider this location a blessing and drive out of their way to use it.
My experience at CVS is always a positive shopping experience. It’s my “go to” for personal items and medications.

There are some people who genuinely care about their patients—and then there are some pharmacists who don’t. She’ll laugh and talk behind your back like it’s nothing. But thankfully, there are others who actually care, who go out of their way to make sure you don’t go without your meds

I went to cvs to get bandaids for my dad and the girl with the short black hair and glasses helped me find what i needed and she was so kind and friendly, i loved her vibe and I felt very helped and guided!
