My bridal gown was EVERYTHING and more. Cyndi made sure to listen to what I wanted and had me try on the dress she knew I loved again because she knew I was stuck between making everyone else happy and being true to what I wanted. She is incredible and I would recommend her a million times. She is also just such a wonderful soul I was lucky to find her shop. Thank you Cyndi ?

When my daughter was looking for her bridal gown, she went to a couple different places, including Bridals By Cyndi?. Bridals by Cyndi was by far the best♥️. First of all Cyndi is AMAZING?. The way she runs her boutique is A+ it was such an intimate experience (which is what my daughter wanted ) because it was only my daughter and three other people that came with us in the store?. She covered all bases & was extremely patient. She made my daughter feel like a bride♥️ And for that, I cannot thank her enough. I would highly highly highly recommend this bridal boutique for all brides????

What an amazing experience! Cyndi had a specific dress I was interested in. I tried it on and fell in love with it! To be sure, she allowed me to try on a few others, in addition to the dress I loved with accessories. I said yes to the dress! My mom, future mother-in-law, and I celebrated with a few sips of champagne! It was an overall magical day. If you are a bride looking to feel like the most important bride in the world, shop at Cyndi's!

Cindy is the best! This was the only place I went looking for my wedding gown, I showed Cindy a handful of inspiration photos & the gown I choose was the very first one I tried on. She has a huge selection of gowns in store. I also took my gown afterwards to her for a cleaning and preservation. Genuinely an amazing person!

I truthfully had one of the most disheartening bridal experiences I've had so far planning my wedding.First of all, I went to this salon last October right after I got engaged. We had another consultant (I can't remember her name but she wasn't the owner).. and she was fabulous. So nice and accommodating.This time I had Cyndi. We talked a couple of days before my appointment and I told her I needed a new dress due to me being unexpectedly pregnant before my wedding (I'm getting married in 3 months). She already rubbed me the wrong way on the phone when she asked me how pregnant I was and I said 4 months and she goes "wow and you're ALREADY showing?"Whatever. I ignored it. Well when I get into the shop all shes talking about how I'm already showing and how she'd have to order dresses so large (like 2-3 times my size) and literally talking about how huge I am TO MY FACE. (For the record I'm almost 16 weeks pregnant and I've only gained about 10 pounds this pregnancy and am not plus sized.)She had such a defeatist attitude basically like "well idk what we can do." I was already seething before I put on a dress and she could tell. She didn't help me put on ANY of the gowns. I had to wiggle into all of them by myself and she didn't offer to help me. She even had to ask me "well do you want me to clip it?" Like YES it's too big up top I want you to clip it. One I had a hard time getting on and I like gave her a look to try and help me and she was like "yeahhhh not gonna work."I had literally just come from an amazing salon where I was fitting into some 10's but mostly size 12 dresses. I told Cyndi that. Cyndi was putting me in dresses and like just basically being like "well it doesn't fit" without saying it. Again, had the worst attitude like she didn't even want to help me. She acted like the appointment was over before it even started.As a pregnant woman she made me feel SO self conscious about my body.. that's already changing enough as it is... and made me feel like absolute dog shit. for the record I'm all belly, she made me feel like I'm already looking 8 months pregnant and won't fit into anything. Cyndi is just downright rude.I immediately (like the minute I walked out of Bridals by Cyndi) drove back to the other salon and bought an amazing dress with amazing consultants. I wouldn't recommend this shop to ANYONE.

After visiting other stores and having terrible experiences, I was totally discouraged and thought I'd never find my dress.Then I went to Bridals by Cyndi and worked with Brielle and OMG! I has the most amazing experience. I was with my mom, my sister-in-law, and my nieces and she treated everyone with so much kindness and respect. She allowed us freedom, space, and her valued opinion without being pushy.If you need a dress, this is where you NEED to go!

Dresses at this boutique come in a variety of styles and are very affordable (but not cheap looking). The staff is friendly enough and easy to get a hold of. They run their playbook and are decent at it. I would have liked a little more consultative services around things to consider for alterations before choosing a dress; they are very removed from the alterations process and most of the sales girls don’t actually know much about this piece and can’t opine on it. In fact, when I bought my dress I was told I could choose in-house alterations, but upon picking it up this was no longer an option. Beware that as soon as the dress comes in, they are hands-off and you are released as a client and left on your own, with no follow up afterwards. Bottom line- affordable, ok quality dresses, average run of the mill service, you definitely need to stay on top of them. If you aren’t looking for anything super bespoke, they are a great option.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping here. My coordinator called to schedule and appointment for me and received a very rude and unwelcoming attitude from Cyndi. She seemed annoyed that we were even calling. I then spoke with Cyndi and received the same disrespectful tone. As though, WE were wasting HER time. There are plenty of very reputable boutiques that will make our experience much better than this. We will not be shopping here.

My wedding dress shopping experience at Bridals by Cyndi was beyond amazing! I can't reccomend this place enough!! This shop is gorgeous - plush carpets, cute decor with encouraging and witty signage, fun signs for your entourage to hold as you show off your gowns, and champagne and snacks readily available! The dress selection was different than anything else I have seen in other shops, which really made me feel like my dress was truly unique for me! Cyndi was patient, accommodating and helped guide me to the dress of my dreams. Her involvement and personal touch made the experience 10x more enjoyable. I will highly recommend this boutique shop to anyone who will listen to me!! :)

Amazing experience! The shop was beautiful and we were treated like royalty! They had the most amazing selection of dresses I’ve seen! I could not recommend this place enough!
