I came in this morning to get my battery replaced and Balbir helped me quickly and efficiently.
He showed me 3 options of batteries I could choose from and changed my battery within 15 minutes. He also noticed my serpentine belt was wore out, so he suggested I buy a new one and have it changed when I get my oil done.
I really appreciated his help and looking out for my safety with finding the wore out serpentine belt. I highly recommend this facility!

The shop that used to take my used motor oil for recycling won't take it any more. I called many places and found that AutoZone takes used oil. I went to the one local to me and they were OK but I had more oil so I went to this store in Washington which is a distance from my home. They were so helpful and took the oil and placed it in their tank and gave me my 5 gallon container back. Out of the four places I went to today ( I had accumulated a lot of oil!) This store was by far the best. I will go there again and will start to patronize this store even though it is quite a distance from my home.

Was only here once around 2 weeks ago while visiting from out of state. My car was having issues and though it was near closing, Joe and Brian helped me (with seemingly genuine concern) for a good while to find out what was wrong with it. They didn’t have to put as much effort in as they did and I really appreciated the help. Thanks again!

So my girlfriend calls me at work because she has low oil in her 2018 kia. Nothing I could do but send her to auto zone Washington nj because I was at work. She asked if someone could put the oil in her car and offered a tip. The answer was rudely NO. She went across the street to advance and they happily did it. Good job guys. Just another example of why part stores are failing.

My family and I were 2 hours away from home when our van’s battery died while we were driving.. It was a miracle that I was even able to make it into the parking lot! One of the staff there, Nate, was super helpful to help us replace the battery (even during the rain) and thanks to him we were able to eventually make it home! Thank you Nate for all of your help ????I highly recommend this AutoZone location!! Such great people and help! ??

Nate went above and beyond for us. He came out & looked at the scratch on my car & found the paint code. Luckily they had that color in stock! He also helped us with sand paper and the compound. Will definitely be going to auto zone again! Thanks Nate!
