“Did me a huge solid. Tried to replace my starter myself, couldn't get a bolt off. Was kind enough to get the old starter out the rest of the way and new one in after the tow guys brought it to em, and charged me fairly for it. Stand-up gentlemen.

Had an issue with a dragging noise, called and Jeremy asked a few questions then asked if I could pull the piece apart from under car, I did, then he told me to throw it in the garbage, just a heat plate which does not need to be replaced, who does that?
