I thought the overall service was excellent. I would definitely use them again for my RDX Acura. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The snacks were good and the place was clean and the wait time was reasonable. However I made my appointment through an automated phone system and I specifically inquired about state inspections and emissions and didn't realize NJ didn't do them until the representative reminded me so I received maintenance services and had to go somewhere else for my state stickers.

I worked with Matt Ditanno on my first purchase at Acura Turnersville. It was a very pleasant experience.
I did not have an appointment and I had only gone to basically “window shop” since I was already in the area. I was greeted by Matt who was very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, easy-going, and personable.
I received a fair trade-in for my previous vehicle. The process was quick, easy, and smooth. Most importantly, I did not feel pressured at all.
My new car was immaculate when they pulled it around for me to drive home. I would recommend Matt and Acura Turnersville and I will absolutely be returning for future vehicle purchases. His professionalism and friendly approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase.
And I love my new car!

I have never received such amazing service in my life. I was complete distraught due to a flat tire and patient's waiting at the office. They went above and beyond to get my tire changed and get me to work. I am so very greatful for their kindness

Service is always great at this dealership..
but a problem I do have with them is always the miscellaneous charge of $36.00 .. What is the Miscellaneous??Thats more than the cost of oil being put back in my car , hand towels?? That’s a lot of towels..They sent a video of car on the rack which I liked , but show the oil and oil filter off .. people really want to know the service they are paying for is actually be done ..
