My first time doing curbside pickup. Maureen called to go over any substitutions that maybe needed. She was so nice on the phone. So personable. My order was ready on time and it was everything I ordered. Maureen helped me put my groceries in the car. It was a very good experience. You have a wonderful employee. Thank you Maureen.

All of the registers were closed before 7 pm except for self-checkout. The only one that was open was helping one man before telling me he was closing. I then had to scan and bag $250 worth of groceries by myself. At self-checkout. The guy by the self-checkout machines saw my situation and didn't so much as speak to me.

My husband and I were very poorly treated by an employee who had to come in on her "day off".
She did not provide any type of customer service as a cashier. She rudely didn't acknowledge my husband when he stated he had 3 cases of water under the cart.
She also threw my items in the bag area. When it was the customers behind us turn she knowledge them and gave them a warm greeting.
Acme do better. I feel it was a race issue as she was also super friendly with the customer in front of us.

5 stars for the online ordering and pickup. Being somewhat immobile with a broken leg, my shopping experience has been limited of late, so I tried Acme’s “Pick Up & Go” service, and it was flawless. Very large selection for each of the items I wanted (MUCH better than a competitor’s!). Pickup was on time, and my bags were delivered by a regular employee, who I had gotten to know over my 35 years of shopping at Acme! A nice friendly touch! The space is too short to itemize all the good things, but suffice to say MUCH better than the competition! Well done!

I would like to BASH the store but errors occur at times. I had pre-ordered 5 party trays days in advance. I arrived at Acme an hour or so before a party, there wasn't an order to be found. Once it was located, Wendy, Keri, and Gloria started to assemble the trays. In less than an hour, I was walking out the door. I would also like to thank the store director, Ken, for his kindness in dealing with the situation.

Always go to Acme for that quick shopping without the long lines. Gail at the register is always helpful to me, and has outstanding customer service .

I go here once a week for the fried chicken.It is always fresh, hot and delicious! The price is $8.99 for 8 pieces mixed. But every Monday it's only $6.99!That's a great price!! They also have JoJo fries (I ate most of them before I took the picture!)chicken tenders, chicken wings (hot wings).

Tried to go in and order a cake tonight, as this wasn’t a cake I could order online. After waiting at the bakery for about 5 minutes I went to the front since no one came out to help. There was no one at the customer service counter, so I found an employee at the front to ask where to go to order a cake. She told me to go to the bakery and I told her no one was back there. She told me someone would be with me to help, so I go back there. Waited for a few more minutes and a gentleman (I’m assuming from a different department) asked me if I needed help. I told him yes, so he made an announcement over the speaker for an associate to come help at the bakery. I stood there for another 10-15 mins waiting for someone and no one ever came. Couldn’t wait any longer, so I just left. I had even called ahead of time to ask about a specific cake and to let them know I’d be coming in to place an order. Just disappointed in the lack of help I received.
