I see all the negative reviews about service. I waited, but when they took care of me the woman could not have been nicer and more professional. Be kind. I am a business owner and can tell you that I don’t understand this economy. Very few people want to work. They want a paycheck, but they don’t want to work. So sometimes you choose to not just throw a useless body in there because it always is worse. Cut these employees some slack. Most people are online banking anyway so if they over staff they would be twiddling their thumbs all day. Have patience.

Agreed with the others that the service here is terrible. They are understaffed and always use the drive thru teller to handle in person customers and drive thru. Hiring should solve the issue, but don’t expect to be in and out.

I SET UP MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AT THIS LOCATION FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS, THE ACCOUNTS WERE TO BE FREE OF ANY MONTHLY FEES. EVERY MONTH I GET HIT WITH A MAINTENANCE FEE ON EVERY ACCOUNT, I CALL, EMAIL AND NO ONE GET'S BACK TO ME ON REGARDS OF THIS ISSUE. ( elaine nazario) MANAGER PROMISED TO FIX AND ALSO (Daniel chin) THE BUSINESS SPECIALIST AND NOTHING. DON'T BANK HERE. They do not care about the customers, only about opening accounts and once they give you amazing service to open your account they don't care about you.
