This place is affordable, clean and Micky is amazing, they do great with powder gel manicure and gel pedicure. The only challenge is Micky is the only good one there, others are not so good. The other problem is that none of them speak good English and sometimes it is hard to communicate what you want. The pricing is good.

Been going here for awhile. Originally was VERY pleased with the quality of massage & facial I was receiving. The service was so thorough that I chose to overlook the mediocre linens & busted atmosphere in the rooms. I was there for the service.
My last two massages were sub-optimal, felt like I was the practice dummy. Then when I tipped according to the quality of service I received, I was called out by the receptionist. Instead of inquiring about the service, she chose to try & embarass me about the gratuity. I pride myself on being a good tipper & building rapport b/c talented providers are hard to find. It’s time I take my business elsewhere.

Went there with a Groupon and I'm fairly certain I paid sales tax when I purchased the Groupon, but the cashier wanted another 5 dollars after the service was done. On top of a 20 dollar tip. The scalp massage wasn't even that good feeling, too. Always something with these types of places, beware

I booked an eyelash appointment and it was the worst eyelash installation experience I’ve ever had. To start, I’m laying there and the door is wide open so I can hear all the employees talking to one another and yelling. Next thing you know, one of the employees come into the room to talk to my lash tech. She is speaking so closely to her that she sounds like she’s talking right into my ear. The lash tech pinched my eyelid a few times and when it was time to open my eyes, my eyes were stuck together. She had to snip some eyelashes so it can open. When I was given the mirror to look at my new lashes, they were so bad and what looks like different lengths in different places. It was definitely not a relaxing experience like I’ve had at other places. The lady at the front desk who seems to be the owner or manager is unprofessional. I would never come back here again.

Had an appointment and still waited 45 minutes for a manicure. Very disappointing.
Pedicure was ok. Try to avoid the man that does the pedicure/manicures unless you like a rough experience. I have gone here on previous occasions and always enjoyed the experience, but today was disappointing and a bit painful.

Absolutely loved this place. Great service. Lashes came out lovely and I was even able to bring my small child with me. They were so kind. I recommend.

Got eyelashes done. Tech was decent but owner at front desk was not very friendly. Saw her demand on customers to pay certain amount of tips. That’s just wild!

I've been to Warren Glamorous for facials and massages for years, and they are always great! People all thought I was 10 yrs younger when they first met me ^_^ I have to give the credit to Jessica; she's the best! I try to get massage monthly when I can, and they worked hard to loosen my tight knots. I always felt much lighter and relaxed after the visit. Just love them! FYI, the nail salon is operated by a different owner.

It's my 3rd time coming to this spot. The first time I received powdered manicures with my mom. The second time I did powdered manicures with accent on one finger per hand as well as a regular pedicure. This time I came to get that manicure removed. Each time I've had an excellent experience. It is very clean, makes me feel luxurious, and the service is fantastic. The manicure nails last about 3 weeks to 4 if you're pushing it. I usually experience where the first time is great but second time so-so, that has not been the case here - it has been consistent. I've already booked my next nail appointment and a massage to check out the spa.

These people are only about snatching your money!!!!!They are Rude and not professional. Language barriers should not be tolerated. Don't be fooled by this place. Service is a hit or miss!!!

Went because of a Groupon. The pedicure was amazing I was surprised at the level of a detail for a regular pedicure. But the manicure was exponentially horrible.
The owner guy did my nails and he doesn’t know how to file for his life! He couldn’t get the shape right so kept filing on one nail and then had to redo the rest to fit the length (which he didn’t think of until I told him). I went in with really long well-shaped nails and left with nails less than half the length in different lengths and shapes. I was scared to point it out, that he was gonna file my nails off! The color is lumpy and looks so thin that my nails feel weaker with the gel on it.
To add on that the guy was constantly distracted with operations and billing and answering calls every 2 mins, he was so distracted to be doing my nails. I have never had a manicure this bad.

My wife says she had to wait 20 min. These manicurists came from Brooklyn. There was traffic. In general, there are lots of logistic issues,wait n go n wait n go, and overall, a pretty good job. Wish they did not use so much acetone, was dripping out of foils, then they used it over and again.. and polish went right on top of it. Mani padi done in 2.5 hrs. The place was packed, tho!!

I bought a Groupon for two and made reservations and at the time of making the reservation I gave them my voucher# for March 10 but that day I cancelled it in my Groupon and did not get to make it. Groupon refunded me with the amount I payed wit Groupon bucks but come to find out now that I go back to use my “Groupon bucks” this place used my voucher code and put it as redeemed for a service I never got! My biggest mistake was giving them my voucher number ! … anyone who is purchasing through Groupon don’t ever give them your voucher number until you get there for the service you payed for or else if you don’t show up they’ll use it as if you did.
