Dr. Donna is the best. She is truly compassionate, caring and treats your pets as though they're her own. ACofWarren has been a part of our family for 17 years. Mark also does an excellent job in assisting and does his best to schedule appointments in a timely manner. Anyone looking for a top-notch doctor to keep your little ones in good health and stay on top of issues that may arrive I highly recommend Dr. Donna. Know that she does respond quickly and that's because she cares. 5+ ?

I’ve been bringing my pets for some time now. I love Dr. Donna and Mark. They’re so kind and helpful. I love how small and homey it feels. I can tell Dr. Donna loves animals and really cares about her patients. My babies have allergies and other issues and I’m always using their App to communicate and order. I love it because it’s so easy and she gets back to me right away, hours has changed since Covid but they do a lot to accommodate everyone and to me I truly appreciate their time and help.

Dr. Donna and Mark showed the utmost respect and compassion during the last moments of Cosmo’s life. He was so very sick. They explained everything going on with him and thoughtfully assisted in helping me make the right decisions. They allowed me time with my precious cat as if we were their only patient. He truly had a warm, calm and peaceful passing with those who loved him comforting him. We are so grateful for their gentle manner with Cosmo. I cannot sing their praises enough. ?❤️

Rude and overpriced. A good example of lack of competition in this field.
Avoid this practice.

I have been taking my dogs to the Animal Clinic for about 30 years- Presently to Dr. Donna and before that, to her dad. I have always trusted them implicitly. I feel that our dogs have been given excellent care over the years and I would never go to another vet.

Giving 5 stars because Dr. Greybeck takes good care of our pet and that’s what’s most important. I see a lot of people complaining about her husband who answers the phones and handles intake/discharge of pet. My 1st time interaction with him I thought he was slightly rude, but after additional visits and interactions I realized he is a nice guy who just lacks “people” and “customer service” skills. For us, when choosing a vet the most important factor is how well they take care of our pet, and that’s why I’m giving them five stars.

Dr. Donna and Mark have been such a pleasure to work with! They have been caring for my 18 year old special needs cat and I have no doubt in my mind that they have extended his life by multiple years!Out of the kindness of her heart Dr. Donna also squeezed an emergency appointment with my dog in after he was involved in a hit-and-run vehicle accident. She was attentive and caring for my sweet boy and made sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed to heal! I can't thank the both of them enough!

We have tried to use this vet for a new pet in our house, and the experience has been terrible. The doctor (Donna) seems nice, but the man who answers the phone is rude, condescending, downright mean. He accused my partner of lying, when a time posted for an appointment on THEIR website was different than the time they had scheduled. Judging from the reactions to other negative reviews below, I fully expect this person to respond to THIS review in a negative way. I was called about the appointment yesterday in the afternoon, and was treated rudely. I was driving when he called, and I was unable to write down the time of the appointment he gave me. We attempted to call the practic the following morning to confirm the appointment time, but we were not called back. Further, we checked the practice's app, which they recommend using for appointments, and it said the appointment was at 2:15 today; when we told the man this, he accused us of lying. This is clearly a person who has difficulty being kind and understanding to people, and he should not be involved in direct customer service. Nobody should treat customers this way, and he should apologize, persoally, to customers for being rude. They rarely answer the phone, and our experience is they don't call back fast enough to get actionable information, as with our appointment today. They won't even return my call regarding records, etc. I recommend using any number of other vets in the area who are much nicer, such as Dr. Gallo.Edit, after reading the owner’s reply: Note how this practice never admits to being rude, to being in the wrong, or showing any consideration for clients. They seem more intent on winning arguments than on taking care of animals or satisfying the needs of clients. The practice suggests using their app to make all appointments. Yet the appointment we had, for to March 1, does not show up in the app. Why not? There was a reminder in the app, with an associated time in it, which my partner interpreted as her appointment time. This was a reminder perhaps for something else - bringing a specimen in maybe - but this is not entirely clear. Do you have any consideration for people possibly misunderstanding a confusing and inconsistent app, that YOU recommend, and yet which you don’t use as it’s intended? So fine, you “disagree with our interpretation “ of today’s events. Great. You won! You also lost a client. I can’t understand how you would want to let a matter resolve this way, but to each their own.

The doctor is nice and seems very competent. The person who makes appointments and answers the phone and so forth is rude, condescending, and openly hostile. With so many good vets in the area, I'd highly recommend staying away from this j**** Spend your money to someone who seems to care how you feel and see you as a person.

Spoke with Mark on the phone today who was extremely rude and hung up on me. We've loved Dr. Donna through the years but sorry to say this is no longer a respectable business. Whomever choose to put Mark in charge of talking to people made a grievance mistake. He was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.

Dr. Greybeck is a warm, knowledgeable vet. My cats responds well to her. I love how she listens to me and we discuss options together. We recently had to put our oldest cat (17 yo) down due to kidney failure. Dr. Greybeck and Mark were so accommodating and sweet to our cat and us.

Dr Donna and Mark have taken excellent care of my pets for years. As happens in any doctors office, sometimes there is a little wait but I’ve have never waited an unreasonable amount of time. It’s a small office offering personal care and the phones cannot always be answered at the time of the call because they are attending to clients which is the number one priority. I think the criticisms of Mark are way too harsh and he is kind and gentle with the animals. Dr Donna doesn't try to inflate costs or over prescribe and I have pets who need lots of care, attention and medications. I like them and I like this office.

The doctor is great, 5 star. The man who answers the phone, if he answers the phone, is extremely rude. Also, don't expect to have your pet brought in at the time of your appointment allow at least 15 - 20 minutes to sit in your car with your pet after your appointment time before you're called in.
