The Warren location of the UPS store has the worst customer service I have experienced at any UPS store. The clerk's attitude is terrible., and he acts as if doing an Amazon return is a huge imposition on his time. I don't appreciate being spoken to as if I am an inconvenience. I would rather drive farther away to a UPS store where they understand the importance of customer service and speaking respectfully to customers.

Customer service had attitude and wanted to charge $3 to print UPS label. Scammers and told him other UPS. Charge nothing and said you can go there then. Worst customer service

WATCH OUT. Expect to be nickel and dimed. Like $2 for a sliver of tape or $3 for a single mailing label even though Amazon Includes the packing and shipping. Avoid and use more helpful UPS stores

Such a negative experience with the printing service here at the ups warren. My 11x17 pdf was printed on the right size paper but the file displayed in an 8x10 size.The order was prepaid online, so I asked them to reprint using the correct setting. They were argumentative, confrontational and said I had the file in the wrong size. That I needed to resize it in my computer, send it again to print, and he’d bill me again, at half price.I persisted because I printed this document there two weeks ago in 11x17 so I knew they could do it. The file size was 11x17. This is also the 4th time I send a ledger size there to print. He suggested I email the file and showed me to the computer, insisting I need to go back and reformat the size.He proceeded to scan other customers packages. I saw his error on the computer and I tried to point out that HIS printer setting was set up to print the file in 8x10, he didn’t want to understand. He said “he’s not going to argue with me and he’s going to REFUND my order and I’ll get my money back in a few days.”I said no, dude. I wasn’t there for a refund. I asked him politely to print one sheet so that he can see that I corrected his error by selecting the “ledger” page size.The pape printed correctly! He printed the 13 pages correctly. I thanked him so much for trying. Ignoring the niceness, he slammed the file on the counter. “It’s going to be 16 dollars”. I said I wasn’t paying again for this. That ordeal and his unwillingness to correct his error made me 15 minutes late.As I left, he demanded I leave the bad copies on the counter. I said nope, and threw them out. As a regular here, I will go out of my way to avoid returning to this UPS location in Warren, for anything.

My experience was nothing more than exceptional.Good customer service! Representative Kenny is always willing to do his best to assisted you in the fastest possible way. Highly Recommend. Yes of course you might have to wait for a couple min! But prefer when it's my turn that my business be handle by the best. (Kenny).

Horrible experience with UPS Store in Warren. Lost a very important package that most probably never left store as it was never scanned. Took no responsibility, tracking number on my receipt was incorrect, was told 2 times that my package was being delivered within hours but after I had to make many phone to UPS, found out that the package never made out of Warren. Inexperienced staff in store who just washed their hands of the issue and told meTo call the UPS 800 number. Will never use this store again

i recently moved to this area and i love this location! better than most ups stores i’ve been too. i noticed tons of people there give the employees a hard time for no reason. some people walk in thinking their in a amazon store returning items forgetting it’s UPS lol. gives me a good laugh whenever i go in there.overall helpful staff and patient. if you read the signs when walking in you’ll never have any issues alot of people don’t and cause problems with the staff. i usually have my amazon return boxes already packed and sealed for my returns.
