We had the pleasure of dining at your establishment recently and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the excellent presentation, from the drinks to the appetizers and main course. Our server was highly professional and courteous, and the atmosphere was inviting and impeccably clean.

Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely picturesque hotel.
Would have enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea bar in breakfast area. Breakfast was not worth the $20. No fresh omelets or homemade oatmeal.
Rooms: In room coffee and tea and water.

10/3 We were staying here for my friend's wedding at nearby Stone House at Stirling Ridge. The exterior & the interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The lobby was very spacious with many different areas for large groups to gather. The restaurant serves breakfast & dinner, but we did not eat there (TAP is open until 2am). We hoped for an early check-in & it was available at 1:15. We had requested a king room and were very surprised that our room had a huge balcony facing the back of the property (King with Forest View). It was extremely spacious with 2 additional chairs and a bench that provided additional seating for others and storage underneath. The room had a lot of space between the bed and the TV. The bathroom had a great shampoo, conditioner & body cream by Lockwood. The shower gel was by a different brand, but it was just as nice. Our room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was just as nice. Too bad we only stayed one night.

I had a work trip to this location and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone provided great Service, manager was very friendly and super helpful with anything I needed. Food was absolutely delicious. I had left an item in my room after checking out they had it waiting for me as soon as I got back. Would recommend to anyone who’s going for personal or business.

While I didn't stay at the hotel for the time I was in NJ, I spent a lot of time there. My aunts wedding was in the area and that was where they reserved a block for guests. As a bridesmaid, I had a lot of responsibilities as far as helping out and getting ready myself, which this hotel was very accommodating for. We also had dinner at the Tap Gastropub after our rehearsal as well as the after party; it was just spectacular. The design and decor of the hotel was so lavish and elegant, I absolutely loved every second! I would definitely consider coming back and actually staying here!!
Food and drinks: We ate at the Tap Gastropub and the prices were fair but the food itself was amazing. 10/10 service and everything was great!

The only breakfast dining place available in the hotel was awful. $21 a person. No eggs were available until we were leaving and that was one fried egg in the steam table. Cold pancakes, syrup and butter. No onions for the lox and the bagels were cold and stale. Very disappointing. Was a step or two below a Hampton Inn. We were held captive to eat there and we had no other options.

I have stayed at the stylish Somerset Hills Hotel a half dozen times and have always been given top shelf service and comfort. There is an elegant laid back zen vibe to the hotel and in sync with that there are so many beautiful understated touches to the rooms. The ultra comfortable beds, the Keurig pods for both coffee and tea, the backlit bathroom mirror, vigorous shower and barn door-style emtrance. Other touches includes low rise chest that doubles as a padded bench as well as mbedded plugs - electrical and USB - in the marble nightstand. Clearly this is a hotel that values comfort and finishing touches. And perhaps the best feature of all are the capable and caring staff. Caesar checked me in with true compassion greeting me with positive energy and attention making me feel truly welcomed - always a joy to encounter an authentic gentleman who represents the best in us.
I continue to sing the praises of Somerset Hills Hotel as an accommodation that hits a home run for those of us fortunate enough to have found this extraordinary gen in accommodations. I look forward to returning again.
Rooms: Very comfortable rooms. More detail in my description.

Everything is great until it's time for bed. The bed comforters have balls of the bedding/cotton stuck together in clusters. If you lift it up while the light is on you can see all the insides of the comforter in different places of the blanket & it doesn't feel smooth.. at all so I have had a hard time sleeping and I'm here for work.

We were in the area for an overnight, and were able to get this hotel for 1 night. Worked very well - convenient off of I-78, the room was clean and well maintained, and we had a terrific night here. Will defnitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits to the area.
