“Absolutely so easy to utilize services at this location. The Amazon return option is so easy, and love that you can do at your own pace. I love the convenience it brings to customers to easily pack their own returns, without the complexities of having to package returns. The UPS location in Dunellen, NJ is very clean, organized and their tech is modern and always working which I very much appreciate. The staff is always willing to help as well when needed. Thank you for running an organized and well-run location.”

Not only were they above professional and kind, they also went above and beyond to ensure my job was executed to perfection. They constructed custom boxes and even helped me identify the value of objects to insure their safety in transport. “I mostly use this UPS store for Amazon returns and the employees have always been kind and knowledgeable. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy. This shows true character and I am happy to support this place of business. The banner was truly beautiful, high quality, and a truly reasonable price.”

“I love Tara, who works at this post office, I live in Summit and come all the way here just because of her. I always have a prepaid label so it is a quick in and out, I have a small business and do a lot of shipping. When being attended by other other officers, even having pre-paid labels, I have sometimes ran into comments about how something about my package or my label is wrong (wrong package type, wrong sticker placement, wrong "zone rate" (my labels are created automatically by the USPS software based on accurate package details and shipping info so these comments don't even make sense). That has never happened with Tara and my package delivery rate is 100% with her.”
“I love the people in this post office. I moved into the area recently and opened a post office box. When I went into open my box this week, Anthony (the postmaster) recognized me, greeted me by name and knew my box number. He is super nice, as is the two other ladies which I still have to learn their names (one is Sally I believe?). They made me feel very welcome and understand what it's like to be from a small town. YEAH!!!”
