“We love all of the products we received from Focal Point for our renovation. A year after install - our rechargeable lighted mirror wouldn't charge and Lauren at Focal Point worked with us and the manufacturer to get us a replacement under the warranty. Great products and service!”

“I'm glad I used Google to find this location. My husband only want to use Benjamin Moore paint and this location has the paint and all the extras that you will need. I parked in the front but there is even more parking spaces in the back. The staff was friendly. The lady that helped me did everything from getting the paint, ringing me up and even brought the two 5 gallons of paint directly to the car and placed them inside ?. She lifted the gallons up effortlessly.
When I got home I thought I could do the same thing.
No!
My neighbors Ring camera probably recorded my struggle. ? I will let the contractor remove the remaining gallon from the car.”

James had developed cancer so as I sat in the office as he did his treatments I started painting bird houses for the other people. I told the owner Tom about it he was so kind to donate samples of paint which helped me to get through treatments. Tom not only listen to me he also gave part of himself. They carry such a wide variety of tools and supplies, and if there's something you need that they don't have, they will find a way to get it or point you in the right direction. They truly have our best interests in mind as their customers. Most importantly, Frank will not rip you off or try to sell you something you do not need. He really cares, which is so refreshing.”
“My go to spot to pick up paint. Family run business and always willing to help. One visit, the owner helped carry my bucket of paint to the car. First Class service for sure. A wide selection of paints to choose from and if you need a paint refill you will be in and out in under 10 minutes. No fuss service. A+++ place for paint.”

“Had a great experience with the manager and staff! Even though I do not know much about paint they had the patience to give me clarification to be precise to make my choice! Before mixing the color ( a lot shades of whites with their brightness ) they confirmed with me two times making sure there was no room for mistake. Both the manager and team staff were very courteous too. So grateful that they open at 7am… Excellent location as I live 7 min away.”
