Terrible experience at this store. Actually horrible experience because the owner is unkind and is greedy. His dishonesty is quite disturbing. He sells expired products and doesn’t have a return policy! He has some stupid sign that says no returns covid. World Health Organization has said COVID is no longer global health emergency. He is using COVID as an excuse to ripoff customers. This man is corrupt

I came in with a gift card from a friend. Not many products on the shelves, and much higher priced than area health food stores. I wanted to purchase a popular supplement. The manager said he doesn't carry that manufacturer. He agree to order it for $45. After a few days, he told me I needed to come in again to pre-pay. When I came in, he said he wouldn't use the gift card because it was (a little) more than a year old. He saved himself from having to redeem my $60 gift card. And I saved myself the bother of having to make a 3rd trip back to this store and found the identical bottle on the shelf of a green health food store for $32. I do not recommend this store.

If you need to quickly pick up some bottles of supplements and vitamins, this is a convenient place to go. I knew what I needed and was in and out in under five minutes. The owner is friendly and personable and chatted as he rang me out. He said he's owned the store at this location for 12 years. Besides the supplements, New Fountain of Vitality sells herbal tea, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, beverages, CBD oil, and various eco-friendly cleaning products and toiletries. It looks like they used to have more in stock because there were several empty refrigerator cases and shelves. The store is small and the fluorescent overhead lighting is dim. It felt somewhat dismal to me. There wasn't anything cheerful or fun to browse that would make me want to look around. The store was eerily quiet with no music, just a small screen on one shelf playing an infomercial. Some of the books looked about 20 years old, with faded covers and outdated information. The store is in a strip mall by a Dunkin, a Chinese Restaurant, Acme, and a Walgreens's. The mall has a big free parking lot. It's easy to find, and at a busy intersection.

This store has everything you would ever need for optimal health and wellness. I send my patients to Farooq for pain relief or anti-inflammatory herbs and everyone raves about the products. Check this place out!

So very sad to see a once thriving business fall so far. Recently visited on Sunday. The front door was stuck and wouldn't open very far. The manager/clerk just sat concentrating on her phone as i struggled. No acknowledgement of my problem with door or even presence. Was disappointed by reduction and availability of fresh, refrigerated and stock items. I asked if she knew if they carried a particular tea . She looked away from her phone and said "Do you want me to look?" Really ?? No please continue with your phone streaming, sorry for the intrusion. Found three of the six things I was looking for . No interaction at checkout. No, ":Did you find everything you wanted?" She put down cell phone, rang up purchase, placed items in bags and said "You want the magazines?" before she returned to cell phone. Was a time when you were greeted, felt welcome, had assistance almost before asking, new information shared at counter, pleasant goodbye. Not a struggle to get in door, struggle to find items, struggle to interact with staff, struggle to exit. With spring comes the opening of Whole Foods but this store was once special and could have easily survived . Not now.
