Today I had a box I didn’t realize had to be shipped FedEx and they taped it up for me and put the label on for me without me even asking so I could take it over to FedEx. Thanks so much! I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress trying to return that particular item so that little gesture made my day a lot better.”

“I mostly use this UPS store for Amazon returns and the employees have always been kind and knowledgeable. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy. This shows true character and I am happy to support this place of business. The banner was truly beautiful, high quality, and a truly reasonable price.”

“We renewed a passport for my daughter and made a new one for my son across two appointments. The staff at this post office was absolutely amazing. We were late once and forgot a document once and both times they helped us work through our issues and found time to squeeze us in between other appointments. Of course we had to wait for a gap between customers but that’s totally understandable. The other customers being helped for packages and stamps etc also seemed pretty content with their experience.I wish we lived in Chatham (we are over in the next town) so I could use this post office more often:)”
“I've wondered about the reviews for this UPS in Madison & I sense that the beginner/infrequent shippers seem to like the service [including me] & people who are apart of the older demographic also like the service.
Methinks (also!) that folks who are familiar with some other kind of shipping service (likely) a more convenient shipping service (perhaps?) mislike the service provided here. Juxtaposed to the service I received in Shanghai [China!] the shipping whatnot here is a joke, but juxtaposed to the service I received in France the service is fantastic.
I'll add positive or negative marks to this review depending if my newest ISSUE is resolved properly or if I receive quality advice or whatnot. My problem is that I lost my tracking number & an eBay customer is requesting their tracking number because the order is seemingly not arriving. I did ship two orders that day. It would be a bother if the packages were switched; albeit, at the time I checked the addresses for each product and they looked correct.”
