Ohmygod that was a mistake! Thank you for responding - this location was in my history but I didn’t look it up or anything today, I must have fat-fingered the screen somehow??
I rarely leave reviews for places on google maps.. I have to check if I’ve accidentally done this in other places

Avoid this place. The owner Naz is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a Christmas gift, I wanted to get my mom a nice manicure/pedicure experience so I booked an appointment through the Vagaro app a full day in advance.
The appointment instructions said to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in; we got there 20 minutes early. After waiting in their lobby area for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I went to the back where the hair salon is.
I see Naz, I say "excuse me, my mother has a nail appoint-"
...before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and said "no you don't, you made a mistake, you must have made the appointment with the nail place across the street. Please leave and please move your car when you leave."
She rushed us out of the salon so quickly it was as if we were panhandlers begging for change.
My mother felt so ashamed but we went to the place where Naz told us to go to with our car, which is the salon across the street (approx. 100 yards away).
I showed my reservation to the other salon and they said we don't have an appointment for you, it's for Libase which is where you came from. I knew this already, but let's just close the loop and confirm.
So we drive ~100 feet to return to the Libase parking lot from the other salon's parking lot. I went back to Naz and show her the reservation.
She acknowledged her error ("oh it looks like you actually do have an appointment"), but never once apologized. She even said "oh you never mentioned anything about a nail appointment, you said a she wanted a massage!"
To lie like that to our face? Extremely unprofessional. Just own your mistake like an adult.
My mother has terrible arthritis and she was really looking forward to this appointment, so we ended staying (the nail tech Andrea was so nice, extremely pleasant...the poor service from this establishment had nothing to do with her).
The problem is...there was no mention anywhere in the reservation
or even on site at their premises that this place is not handicap accessible.
Because of my mom's crippling arthritis, she wasn't able to climb the 20 steps to the nail tech's workstation. So we ended up just cancelling everything.
My mother and I are Black. Originally I really thought Naz's behavior was came from a place of hate, ignorance, and prejudice. After reading the (real/non-bot) reviews, she's just unprofessional and extremely rude.
0/10 would not recommend.

A wonderful manicure experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, not loud and fast paced. My nails were done at a level of expertise that I have been searching for. My expectations were totally met!

Naz is incredible! I went in with a serious blonde coloring issue, and she was amazing with her approach to fixing it! I'm so excited I found my new salon in the suburbs! Naz was patient and knowledgeable about everything, even taking the time to show me how to properly blow dry my hair! Can't say enough good things about this place and my experience.

Naz service were awful,She charged me 100$for an hour to teach memake up and she barely spent 20 minutes, she still charge me $100,When I told her how unsatisfied I was , she said I was expecting too much,She doesn't know how to teach.Well then her services are not even average.I expect at least arerage services.??

The new building that Libase Salon and Spa has moved into is absolutely gorgeous! The owner, Naz, is very experienced and has given very thorough detailed highlighting jobs to me for years now. Her consultations if you want a new style or color are very thorough. I never feel rushed. The upstairs nail salon area is beautiful and soothing. Definitely give this place a try!

I've been coming to Libase Salon and Spa since the business first opened 10 years ago. They have now moved to Warren into a beautiful newly renovated building. It is amazing. Naz, the owner, is one of the best colorists and stylists I have had in all my years of getting my hair done. Her consultations before doing color/highlighting are thorough and efficient, especially when changing to a shade you've never tried before. I never feel rushed in any of my services. The upstairs nail salon area is gorgeous and soothing when getting a mani-pedi. Definitely give the salon a try. I've never been happier, hence my dedication and willingness to return and not look elseware for my beauty needs!

If you can’t do makeup, you should be honest. I don’t even want to explain everything wrong here. I added the picture of what I wanted, the owner who did my makeup kept asking me to look in the mirror, I kept saying shadow too intense, brows not defined, then they didn’t match. I was told I was done after the translucent powder was applied. No contoured which at the point I said forget about applying lipstick. I said I could apply at home. I expressed how I was not satisfied with the service, she said everything will blend later, how?? Then proceeded to charge me $90. I was so embarrassed leaving, I walked into the hotel with glasses and a mask. I wiped everything completed and did my own. I was late to a wedding

Great salon! Follows all Covid-19 protocols and has relaxing atmosphere. Naz did brilliant job with my color and was super helpful with suggestions. I'm happy I took the time to try this salon and will be a regular client.
