I used to go here for a quick drink, candy bar, lottery tickets and/or $20-$30 scratch offs, but as of late, the dark haired lady behind the counter has become so rude, unfriendly, snappy, obnoxious & inconsiderate (for whatever reason(s) unknown?), so as of today, I refuse to give my business to this so-called "convenient store," who don't even know how to treat their repeat customers with respect. I'll take my business elsewhere, where I will be respected and appreciated. Horrible customer service, and not the least bit recommended, even for a pack of chewing gum or cigarettes.

Thought the chips I got from there tasted weird. Sure enough, they were a year expired. It turns out every single one of the 5 or so food items I bought were expired between a year and a few months. These were all shelf stable foods. Selling expired food is bad enough, but I also paid full price

The place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Very unfriendly people ! They close whenever they feel like it. 7:35pm and they refuse to sell lottery tickets. The owner said he wanted to go home. Hire someone else to work if you can’t handle it! Lottery’s policy is if you’re open, you must sell tickets. Zero hospitality from these owners. Sell the store to someone that understands how to run a business. Owners should be embarrassed, but they aren’t because they are clueless and Krauzer’s should take their franchise away from them. Every other Krauzer’s I’ve been is great ! They don’t even deserve 1 Star. They should get -5 stars!

I have stopped here for lottery tickets , very impolite employees never a hello or goodbye or thank you. I went in for international delight coffee creamer yesterday . I looked at my change From a $20 I received $11 change. I questioned the very unfriendly guy behind the counter and he told me the price is $9.00. I understand the price will be higher in one of these stores based on convenience but this is $4.00 higher?

I work in town and need to slip out frequently to pick up lunch or dinner. I like the quality and price of the made to order sandwiches here. I used to be able to pick one up whenever they're open. A few months ago I went in around 5:30pm and the guy on duty refused to make one. He told the deli closes at 5:00pm. Mind you the week before another fellow served me at the deli and it was well after 5:00pm. A few weeks later I go back around 4:30pm thinking all was good. This time the same guy refuses me. I asked him why and he tells me he's working alone and can't step away from the register. Mind you the deli is 6 to 10 feet off to the side. I mention that there's no other customers present and he just smiles and shakes his head and says it could get busy at any moment. Alright so I go in today just before 2:30pm and he refuses me again. There's one customer inside shopping. She comes up to check out while I'm talking to him. He didn't seem to be in a hurry to serve her but I step aside and let her go ahead. I've never run into a situation like this before. When I was younger I worked with the public from time to time. Never did I think of refusing customers anything if I was free and able to take care of them.In reply to the owner's response.... So why did your employee tell me to come in before 5 then? Was it just another chance to waste my time? And when I did there were no other customers in the store. He was just standing behind the counter. Your answers are flawed. Thanks for responding. Sign at the door says all customers must wear mask to enter . Well the gentleman at the register isn’t wearing one, it wasn’t around his neck or chin just didn’t have one at all . He handles our debit card , cash , products . If we must wear one to enter then employees should too . ??

they’re good... very convenient.. but... they’d be so much more better if they were 24/7 !!! everything closes so early around here. CRAVINGS ARE REAL and going down and up the hill is a drag. i’m sure i’m not the only one who would be happy to see this take effect!

Came here for a quick stop a couple of times and was impressed with how convenient it was. The sandwiches are great and very affordable. Get the Cajun turkey sandwich with everything on it! 10/10
