“This T Mobil is the best T mobile ever.!!!! Luis is amazing... very patient very friendly... his team mates are nice also they even stayed after hours to make sure my problem was fixed . I came is with a damaged phone and they went out of their way to back up the phone for me and restore it on the new phone . I was in and out of the store within ten minutes. I’d recommend going early in the morning when the store opens to avoid busy crowds and the store associates being spread too thin.”

“Not usually a fan of Verizon stores but the crew here was fantastic. Rob W. addressed my issue immediately and had us out in ten minutes. Hh had to go in the back and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to wait so I asked my daughter who didnt know either. Rob's coworker Ed K. Overheard and gave us all the info we needed. A+ customer service in a Verizon store where I have come to expect less than that. I think I will come back to this particular store even though it's 15 minutes further than my local one.”
