Battery installation on Tag Heuer dive watch with pressure has to be sent away. Battery without pressure was too pricey. I called another watch maker who will do it onsite with pressurization for same $. They seem nice there just not a good fit when you need your watch.

The quality of jewelry is horrible, overpriced and very rude staff. I came by to ask about some jewelry, and the lady told me that she does not want to do business with me and racially profiled me, then proceeded To follow me to my car and took pictures of my license plate and then proceeded to call me retarded. Please stay away from this place I do not recommend it at all.

I purchased a Cartier watch and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom was super helpful and accommodating. He had to order the watch but I had it in 3 days. I’ve had a few bad experiences with other places and Cartier but glad it led me here.

Delightful store (formerly a bank-drive thru intact!), very spacious. Tom was very helpful, eager to show me whatever I wanted to see. Wide selection of some high end watch brands. I was hoping to see a vintage/pre owned case, though. Worth a stop if you're in the area, EZ on/off from RTES 78 and 22.

I can't imagine having gone anywhere else to get an engagement ring. Cooper was so helpful in picking out and designing something beautiful, youthful, and special. Highly recommend. I would even recommend travelling here if need be. 5/5 stars. Great job!

I had a great experience working with the dedicated professionals at Cooper Jewelers. They did an excellent job hand setting some diamonds that I brought them for my fiancé's engagement ring. The diamonds were set in a beautiful band and was done in less than 2 weeks during the busy Christmas season. I highly recommend the team at Cooper Jewelers for anyone looking for quality and care!

The staff there worked with me on a limited budget to produce a custom made piece of jewelry based on a drawing I had made. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I can reccomend them if you want to produce your own piece of jewelry as well.

Where should I start? It was a perfect experience from beginning to end!All of the jewelry is exquisite and unique. The craftsmanship is top tier. Elaine and her staff are wonderful to work with.The piece I purchased is JUST the thing I have been looking for: a beautiful diamond heart pendant. I recently went to Cooper Jewelers to get an item appraised for insurance purposes. Then, about a week later, I came back for service on two different watches. One needed a strap and battery replaced. The other needed several links removed. In every instance, Cooper Jewelers provided outstanding service. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and prompt. I worked with Elaine mostly, but the other staff members were excellent as well. Although I was not buying any items during my visits, their jewelry selection looked impeccable, with many luxury brands. I highly recommend Cooper Jewelers and look forward to returning.
