This Coldwell Banker office location, has some of the best realtors around. Daniel Towers, Allen Rosenberg just to name a few. Also the branch management team is exceptional, Ann Atherton & Elizabeth Meiner. What ever your real estate needs, they're there to help! I highly recommend this office+

I bought my townhouse on February 1, 2019. In The summer of 2019 I started noticing, the upgrades & renovations, are a disaster. A year later I am still fixing everything that was poorly done. To the naked eye, everything looked beautiful & the thorough inspection I arranged confirmed the upgrades were satisfactory. However a few months later, my kitchen tiles were loosing & cracking, the family bathroom & master bedroom shower tiles & tub were painted with regular paint, not even a proper glazing. The moisture from showering has caused for the paint on the tiles and tub to peal off. It's so disgusting. The hardwood floors from the entry through my living & dinning room area are lifting & coming apart. It is costing me thousands to replace & fix all this once and for all. I thought purchasing a remolded home would allow me to enjoy my new home but instead I'm replacing what should have been done right from the start. If you are looking to purchase an upgraded home, do yourself a favor and hire a contractor to do a thorough assessment in addition to the home inspection. Once the closing is finalized, no will take responsibility, and this is my reality.. Banks have a reputation of cutting corners to ensure their profit at any cost, in my case, it is costing me thousands to renovate the right way with a repuable & licensed contractor. I'm also wondering, should I have not walked in & out of home? Should I have not taken a showers? Should I have not enjoyed my living room? Should I have not cooked in my kitchen? I'm extremely disappointed with Coldwell Bankers & their Renovation partners.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but we had a frustrating and disappointing experience. We were interested in an apartment listed by this brokerage, and we toured the apartment. The listing agent was not there; the tenant actually showed us the apartment. Afterward, we expressed our interest to the listing agent. She encouraged to submit an application ASAP, which we did. She neglected to tell us that there were already 4 other applicants for the apartment. Needless to say, we didn't get it. The agent did not inform us of this (nor did she contact us at all) until 3 days after the tour, when we emailed her to see what was going on and also contacted her via the website. Had the agent been upfront with us, we would not have wasted our money on application fees and a ding on our credit scores for the credit check. We don't know if it was carelessness, incompetence, or just plain greed, but we cannot imagine trusting this person to find a home, sell a home, get financing, negotiate for us, or anything else requiring the enormous amount of trust that is inherent in this kind of relationship. We hope that this kind of conduct is not a reflection of the way that this brokerage typically operates, but we can only make decisions based on experience. Thus, we would avoid doing business here.
