What a terrible experience with Imoz Branch manager . He is rude and disrespectful to women . I relied on him to handle estate documents. He failed to send my drivers license, which caused a year delay . I had to go back to him due to his error and he became combative in front of clients . Claiming I was threatening him because I was clear I would write a terrible review .

Horrible service trying to talk to a banker about closing out an account for an estate of which I am an executor. Went to the branch and was told the wait would be no more than 10 minutes after the teller checked with the banker. After half an hour the banker came out to copy some papers and I asked her if she would be much longer and she got huffy saying I should have made an appointment. Then the banker had words with the teller and sent the teller to get my number and information. The teller told me the banker would call me back to set up the appointment and she never got back to me. None of the usual online services are available for estate accounts so I had to go in personally. The banker was rude to me, rude to the teller and uninterested in customer service or of the value of my time.

The support I received from Mr. Bill Barba was thorough and timely and my issue was addressed with a single interaction. I was extremely pleased with the attention and service I received. Mr. Barba went above and beyond to respond to me and answer all my questions I had before, during, and after meeting. Awesome service!

Horrible experience trying to get something notarized. I have several business account with them and they were not able to notarize a wire transfer request from the sale of a property I own. Scott said they “needed a witness” and to go to UPS. Very condescending type A personality. Avoid this branch by all means. Thinking about taking my business elsewhere

Will Never return to this Branch-Employees are not helpful and unwilling to help assist customers. My boyfriend tried to make a cash deposit for me into my account and the teller would not accept it. When I called the bank to ask them to please make an exception, I was told that they would not honor the request. The man was short and rude-Basically saying he would not honor the deposit and gave very ridiculous reasons. I have been with chase for over 10 years and have multiple accounts with them. This has NEVER happened at any other branch and will definitely make me reconsider my decision to bank with Chase.

I had been a client for over 10 yrs and I always withdraw my money then transfer it to my other bank with no issues. On Nov 27, 2017 I withdrew a big amount of money and I was given mixed old and new $100 bills. After I counted the money, I left the bank to transfer it to my other bank. When I try to deposit the moeny in the ATM, the machine returned some of the old $100 bills. I came back another day to chase to withdraw more money and transfer to my other bank and this time I was given new $100 bills. I went back to the other bank and tried to deposit the newly withdrawn money from chase plus the old $100 bills withdrawn before from chase (withdrew money both times from the same teller Kevin) I went straight to the teller as I knew the ATM wont accept the old $100 bills. The teller ran the money into their counting machine and immediately the machine identified a counterfiet old $100 bill, the teller checked it with a counterfiet pen then showed to other staff in the bank, they all examined the money and knew it was a counterfeit bill, they told me they will write a report about it. I told them I got the money from chase bank. They made a report which will be submitted to the FBI and they gave me a copy and was told to go back to chase and tell them about the money they provide their clients. I went back to chase and I spoke with Kevin and told him what happened and he said: I'm sorry but once the money leave our doors, we are not liable for it anymore. The money could have been switched in your purse or the teller on the other bank could have switched the money. It was easy for him to point fingers to other people but he didnt think how the money was undetected from their bank! He didnt noticed the money was counterfeit! If he was an experienced banker (as he holds money day in and day out)he would have felt the money was counterfeit, also their machine was not equipped to identify counterfiet bill, unlike the other bank which identified it immediately. Another staff in the bank said they can not check all the money that goes in and out of the bank during the day. That means they dont care if they get a counterfeit bill because they will circulate it during the day with their clients anyways. I said: so there is always a risk of getting fake money from this bank coz you dont check the money you are receiving from other people. I came back the next day to report the incident to their manager John Crespo and I gave a written letter about it and he said unfortunately once the money goes out if this bank we are not liable for it anymore. That means when people withdraw money from chase bank, if you want to be sure they dont give you fake money, take a photo of the serial number of the money they give you so you have proof you got it from their bank. Im never gona bank with them again!

Clean branch but has a long wait to speak to a banker. Once they are done assisting you they'll try to push you their regular high fee investments, credit cards and such as part of the conversation but that's protocol.

Walked in at 5:10 pm on a Monday and at 5:38 pm after waiting was told I won't be seen. I left and will open a new account elsewhere. So many other banks with better service in the area.

I'm really a fan of the Chase Bank in Warren, NJ. . The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, they really tend to bend over backwards for their clients. The staff are all well trained, and very patient. They treat each and every customer with the highest degree of respect whether you have a little money like a student, or your very comfortable........ Kevin who is a teller at the bank knows many of his customers on first name basis. If you need something notarized and you are a customer you can get that too. I started with Daniel, Calvin, and Erica who are great and now I deal with John and Pablo who are equally very good. There is plenty of free parking. Chase Bank has a drive up window. If you prefer you can bank online. You can take a picture of your check and it will be deposited right in your account. Out of all the banks out there Chase Bank is definitely tops.
