My wife and I began working with Brenda when the real estate market become, seemingly impossible to “win” at. Brenda was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and a beacon to our final destination, our forever home. She was extremely knowledgeable, to the point where she could probably perform the inspections of the houses in her own. From basement foundation to roofing concerns she was quick to point out potential issues to help us make our decisions. She was also not aggressive and pushy, she wasn’t in this for the sale or purchase; she was in this for US! We cannot thank Brenda enough for helping he negative the real estate journey with honestly and integrity.

Simply Amazing. Brenda is so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve dealt with many Realtors in the past but never has anyone provided the level of service and support that we have received. Brenda is an excellent real estate agent. As I hadn’t sold a home in many years, Brenda walked me through all the steps. She assisted me in decluttering and staging. She also set ip regular meetings to review my progress. Brenda was instrumental it getting my house sold. I would highly recommend Brenda to others.

There’s far more to selling your house than having buyers who may show interest or even make offers! You need a realtor who can respond to buyers’ requests professionally, effectively, and in a timely manner. This is to to keep your potential buyers engaged and make sure they don’t have reasons to change their minds. Also, there would naturally be many demands that involve repairs, modifications, etc - before and after inspection. The last thing you want is having to find reliable contractors and handymen to take care of those things on time and at a reasonable price. We were very lucky to have Brenda as our listing and selling agent! She not only took care of all that but also on many occasions went out of her way to help us save time and money on matters indirectly related to selling our house. Brenda’s personality makes her a very pleasant person and professional to work with. She absolutely deserves all awards, recognitions, and praises she has received during her 20+ years of working as a real state agent! I highly recommend Brenda for buying or selling a home in New Jersey. We hired her to help sell our first home and buy a new one, and she was fantastic to work with on both sides.Brenda gave us excellent advice on the best ways to prepare our home to list, had beautiful photos taken, and our house was under contract after just a couple of weeks on the market. On the buying side, she was an excellent resource for spotting the benefits and red flags in prospective homes. When we didn’t find any matches in the neighborhoods we were initially considering, Brenda recommended the town to us that we ended up buying in. She also referred us to a number of other professionals we needed for our transaction and move, and each one was great to work with.Whenever an issue popped up (and there were many!), Brenda did her part to resolve them quickly and professionally. I’m not sure either transaction would have been successful without her seemingly endless patience and persistence.
