“I see all the negative reviews about service. I waited, but when they took care of me the woman could not have been nicer and more professional. Be kind. I am a business owner and can tell you that I don’t understand this economy. Very few people want to work. They want a paycheck, but they don’t want to work. So sometimes you choose to not just throw a useless body in there because it always is worse. Cut these employees some slack. Most people are online banking anyway so if they over staff they would be twiddling their thumbs all day. Have patience.”
