People are always nice here. However, I don't understand how one of the largest banks on the planet can't adhere to the hours they post or provide notifications when they close out of normal hours. Covid isn't an excuse for not communicating availability of branch hours and misrepresenting them on the website.
We have taken proactive steps to enhance cleaning procedures to limit the risk of exposure, based on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and follow local restrictions on the number of clients that can enter at one time.
