“Had been on the hunt for a transmission for several months, called these guys, they confirmed they had it in stock, gave them a deposit and made arrangements to pick it up over the weekend. THEY texted me to let me know it was ready. I took the two hour trip to their yard and in no time (probably ten minutes wait) I had my transmission loaded to my vehicle. I could not ask for a better transaction than this. You can tell they have MANY satisfied and repeat customers, as while I was there a few customers came by to pick up their parts.

“I had an excellent experience with buying a Volvo at Smythe. I was looking for a late Certified Pre-Owned S60 with the hopes an S90 might fit in my budget. I drove a 2018 S90 home two days later. Alon was a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and demonstrated all the features in the car. All despite knowing right from the beginning I had no intentions of buying that day. Kevin, the Business Mgr, was equality competent, responsive and supportive during the tedious detailed paperwork. “We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.
One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.
Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”
“I had to return after I got home from picking up my car because the door they “fixed” wouldn’t open. And then, after they “fixed” that, it wouldn’t stay closed. But they did fix everything and now it looks great!”

This dealership was far and away the best experience I had the pleasure to buy from. My daughter accompanied me for this important shopping/purchase. “John Seymour at Fullerton Ford was a pleasure to work with and made my car buying experience easy and transparent. I went to other dealerships where I felt weary and did not trust what the salespeople were saying to me, but the experience was much different at Ford. We ran into an issue where something very minor had to be tended to within the first few weeks of delivery and the service/sales department made sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. The process was seamless and they even provided a shuttle for me to get home and car delivery so I barely had to adjust my work day. “I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️
