I took a vehicle to this mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and was extremely disappointed with the service. Several major issues were completely overlooked during the inspection, including O2 sensors welded to the catalytic converter, a broken sway bar, an oil pan gasket leak, and significant wiring problems. These are serious issues that should have been identified and disclosed.
Because of this failure to catch critical problems, I ended up paying over $6,000 in repair costs to pass state emissions and safety inspections. I trusted this mechanic to provide a thorough and reliable assessment, but their oversight has cost me dearly.
Update:
Your job was to flag any issues with the vehicle, that is the purpose of a pre-purchase inspection. You failed in identifying any of the issues. I never accused you of selling me the truck - I paid you for something very specific. Your customers should trust you at their own risk.

Love this place! Aly and his crew are great. If they tell you something needs to be done, it needs to be done. There was no push to get something done that could wait for another visit or the "next oil change." They also try to work around your schedule. Unless it is something that is under warranty, this is where our cars are serviced. Try them, I bet you agree.
