They are AMAZING and doing my dream goals in life. To have an animal rescue sanctuary for all, unwanted, injured, sick, neglected, abandoned left for dead and at risk to be euthanized or slaughtered.Kudos! Thank you so much for taking in Ricardo the bull! I work in Newark and when this story first broke, I was so stressed & praying for this poor guy! I am so happy he escaped the slaughter house, survived not getting hit by a train, and avoided trouble on the streets of Newark. He deserves a happy and peaceful life. He went through a lot to stay alive.

I was really excited to visit the place. after calling the number numerous times and not getting any response decided just to drive there during the working hours listed on here. Came there only to hear that they don’t do any tours anymore and stopped a while ago and I can only watch the farm from the road. Very disappointing

Where do farm animals go when they need help.They go to Mike.We had a pot belly pig that ended up at our shelter.Due to town laws the family had to give him up.Our volunteer coordinator knew of Mike's rescue and we were able to get the piglet there.And a friend who volunteers in horse rescue stumbled upon two sheep in need of a place to stay.Please donate,your time, money,and kind word to this Skylands Animal Sanctuary it will make your day .
