  The provident bank in Wantage is no better than the way lakeland bank was before closing, tellers have no personality and seem like they hate their job. I'll find other branches to go to with faster and nicer service.

  There is no customer service, been trying for days to talk to someone, even out sourced on a other continent, all you get is recordings.Worst run bank ever
