You cannot get ahold of the office manager, Pete when you need to and he does not give you the full information about the vehicle. And he tried to snow you wonder.
But besides that, they have some pretty good cars.

I had a wonderful experience at Dave's. I purchased a 2009 Subaru WRX at right around book value which had some issues such as no exhaust on the car, no brakes, and warped rotors. The exhaust was literally held on by coat hangers as pictured below. I was aware of these issues at the time of purchase and Dave refused to offer a warranty at the price I paid. What Dave had failed to mention was that the vehicle needed a full cylinder head rebuild. Within days of getting the car home it began to misfire and idle extremely rough. I called Dave and was told the sale was "as is" and he doesn't sell Subaru's with warranties. I was told that they are "kids sports cars that get beat up" which apparently is an excuse to sell an absolute lemon. I was quoted initially $5441 (not including tax) for the cylinder head rebuild from a Subaru dealership. When I called Dave and informed him of this he referred me to his guy who only wanted to charge me $3200, what a steal! If you are planning on buying a car from here I recommend you take your money and give it to a homeless person to spit on you and you will end up getting the same value as buying a car from Dave.

Just got a first car from this place and within 2 weeks of getting this car i have had several problems with it. The owner refuses to answer me back and he seems very sketchy. Would not recommend you buy a car from here

just a shout out to Dave franek auto, I've had my titan 9 years today, bought it with 81,000 miles and now I'm at 227,000,I've done only routine maintenance,best truck I've ever had, the guys are great,got me the payment I wanted.I will go back when I need a new one.thanks Dave!

Dave and his staff where exceptional!I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price and that says a lot in this inflated market. Dave was very friendly and everything was handled professionally. I would recommend to anyone.

Went here last year to try and get a car. the younger dude who I assume is Dave's son, was incredibly rude. unwilling to work with the money I had to spend and only showed us one car he "just got in that would be perfect" and when my dad looked at it and popped the hood, the timing belt was splitting, the tires were bald and there were other visible problems as well. the son looked at us and went "well I guess this car isn't for you then" and straight up walked away and back into the building.Rudest customer service I've ever seen at a car place and I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting time here. Over a year later and I'm still appalled by this encounter.

This is the first review I’ve ever made for a business. Bought a car from them, buying process was quick and they seemed friendly. Problems with the vehicle started the first week we had it, and haven’t stopped. Had the car about 2 months, put barely any miles on it, the exhaust system completely feel off while driving it. Over $1600 to fix, Franek refuses to answer or return any calls. Do not buy a car from this place unless you have thousands to spend on repairs, it’s disgusting that in the times we are in they’d be taking advantage of people. Stay away!
