I brought my laptop to Best Buy, where the guy from their Geek Squad said that it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell me a new one. Then I went to Community Communications & Electronics and the tech there fixed it within an hour. Now it's running perfectly and I was only charged $100. I highly recommend this place!
