We were looking for a car for about a month with no luck and went to City Motor Group on a whim after leaving another dealership. They were very helpful and had a nice inventory. Omar was great in getting us what we wanted and the fees are very competitive. Highly recommend!

EDIT: To respond to the owner: I test drove the car and never spoke about prices that day - my focus was only on the car itself. I came in the next day and our entire interaction lasted roughly 10 minutes, not "hours" as stated in the reply. The only mention of price the day of the test drive was when Ziad said that there was a 30 day warranty and an OPTIONAL $2k extended warranty. It is not transparent to then make it mandatory. I only spoke to Omar while test driving, but I was mainly speaking with my husband and father in law, I never spoke to anyone beforehand, and when I arrived I was quietly on my phone until the others arrived - not being pushy or rude to any staff. In fact, when I asked a question later I was the one yelled at. Maybe Ziad shouldn't be the one speaking to customers if he believes asking questions before making a large purchase is pushy or rude. The focus on it being a used car in the below comment is exactly why questions are necessary - it is USED and therefore the customer should know all the details. Which I honestly did not even get to get into since our entire interaction the next day lasted around 10 minutes and most of it was him being rude and telling me if I had questions then this wasn't the car for me and to go somewhere else.Also, again contrary to the owner's below comment: I never even made an offer on the car. All I did was say that I did not want to pay an additional $2k for a warranty. And was then kicked out. I never negotiated, or made an offer, and was told to go buy a different car since I didn't want to pay an additional $2k. As a response to why I came back, it was close to my job and I needed to buy a car within a few days so I gave them a second chance.As an update I have now bought a car: a model that's a year newer with much lower mileage for a much better price with an included 7 year warranty that I was not charged for. So again to anyone thinking about shopping here: there are much better, safer places to spend thousands of dollars which will not bully you for asking about a used car's history.****I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, always from small owned dealerships, and I can honestly say this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I test drove a car and when I brought up some concerns about the car having lots of chipped paint, which we weren't told about prior, I was basically yelled at by Ziad.Despite this I went back the next day, since they're located pretty close to my job, to get more information about the car. The price they gave me was $2,000 more than what it was listed for because they wanted to FORCE me to buy their warranty. I told them don't want or need that since I have insurance and AAA and was told "Maybe this isn't the car for you then." I told Ziad that I hadn't really been sold on the starting price itself, because while yes it was comparably lower to other ones (that is before this hidden cost they sprung on me on course), other cars in the area that are the same make, model, and year are being sold for only a thousand or so more but with half the mileage. The response was "Then go buy that car."I was also told that everywhere I go will have the same policy of needing to buy an expensive warranty, which I know is absolutely untrue. Between the HUGE hidden fee and the absolute refusal to even consider lowering the cost or sweetening the deal (not even an offer to throw in a free air freshener) coupled with the utter rudeness of speaking over me the entire time and pretty much kicking me out for the mere mention of working with me on this extra cost - I wish I could give this place negative stars.If they hadn't been so rude and unhelpful I might have bought the car at the original price, in cash, so the only silver lining is that they shocked me to my senses. There are newer versions of the same exact car with way less mileage on them available within driving distance that I now plan to buy- and yes I have called and checked about

Listen, I’ve been to 6 dealerships, all which played games last minute with numbers. This is the only dealership who shot me straight from the start. There’s ALWAYS some type of dealership fee and documentation fee. Some other dealers will hit you with a 2-3k fee for some nonsense they don’t tell you over the phone and pull it out last minute. This dealership gave me the bestrate through their credit union vs 4 other dealerships who all wanted to play games. Ziop was my salesman and was extremely professional, polite, respectful and quick with the paperwork. Highly recommend this dealership.
