“I cannot say enough positive things about the Valley branch in Pompton Lakes, NJ!!! I have worked with this branch for years. My company does our business banking here and my family also does our personal banking here. Then, just recently, my wife and I took out a Home Equity Loan here. Over the years, in every single instance, this Valley branch, and especially the personal help from Karen Austin branch manager, has been exceptional! I mean that is every bit of the word: exceptional! Karen and her team in Pompton Lakes consistently goes above and beyond any of my expectations for what banking should be. Karen always takes the time to explain options and help us make the best educated decision for us. “Friendly and welcoming branch; always greeted when you walk in, doesn't matter if you are a customer or not!You do not have to wait on line and then stand on the other side of a tall counter like most banks, instead you are welcomed to a private area where you get to sit comfortably in a chair by the representative.The manager is always available to the customer; it is like the bank relationship of years ago, they get to know the customer - to cultivate a personal and warm experience.”

I recently had a major fraud issue with another company and they helped me every step of the way. I have never had a negative experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
