I called to try to make an appointment for my daughter whose 6th birthday is in a couple of days. She wants a full salon experience for her birthday - cut, blow out, curls. When I asked if I could make an appointment for her I was told they don't do that. I have no idea why they wouldn't cut and style her hair. In fact, the receptionist (?) was rude/odd about it like this was a bizarre request for someone to call a hair salon and ask for an appointment to have her hair cut and styled. Zero stars for customer service.

Very talented hairdressers, I've been going there for years. I come from the New York City to them. The place is in Immaculate and clean. I highly recommend them, they are the best.
