B&A Quick Lube and Auto made a lasting impression on me. Bobby is extremely knowledgeable about cars and was genuinely interested in helping solve a problem. Additionally, I found Bobby to be a man of incredible character and integrity. It is rare to find this level of service these days. I would recommend Bobby to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest mechanic to service their car. Thank you Bobby.

I like this guy, seem like a straight shooter. Monday will be my fourth oil change with him. He is thorough and he'll tell you if he sees something wrong. The gas station is a different business.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with their business was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, it was evident that the company did not prioritize customer satisfaction. Firstly, their response time was incredibly slow, leaving me waiting for days before receiving any assistance. When I finally did get a response, the representative seemed disinterested and lacked basic knowledge about their own products/services.Moreover, their communication was inconsistent and confusing. I was given conflicting information multiple times, which led to further frustration and wasted time. It felt like they didn't take the time to understand my issue or provide a satisfactory resolution.To add to the frustration, the representatives I interacted with were unprofessional and lacked empathy. They seemed more interested in passing the blame rather than taking responsibility for the issues at hand. It was clear that they lacked proper training in customer service and did not possess the necessary skills to handle customer concerns effectively.Overall, my experience with their business was abysmal. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer and unwilling to continue doing business with them. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to their customer service department to avoid similar experiences for others in the future.

Robert at B & A auto in ocean, NJ is a fabulous mechanic, great businessman, and straightforward informative mechanicI dropped my 2011 CRV at 9:00 am for a rear brake jobHe had previously given an estimate for the workBefore leaving the car he reiterated the same estimate and told me it would be completed by 1:00pmHe called me at 12:57 pm and said the job was doneI went by and picked up my car for the exact estimate priceHe gave me a warrantee on his workIt doesn’t end thereI had visited (4) other notable repair shopsALL provided higher estimatesMost said the calipers needed replacement on top of pads and rotorsThe other’s estimates were $100-350 higher and if you added in the calipers over $1000I feel I received quality service at a fair price by a highly skilled mechanicI will trust Bob with all my repairs from now onService: General repairs & maintenance

He spent time with me on the phone, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and was a breath of fresh air in terms of someone that is honest, trustworthy and displays a tremendous amount of integrity. I HIGHLY recommend B&A Quick Lube & Auto for your auto service needs.

Outstanding garage. I received a quote for a fairly routing engine part replacement from another garage. The price was astronomical so I knew I had to shop around. I called B&H and asked for Bobby after reading reviews with his name called out. He could't have been nicer. He gave me a quote for almost HALF of the other place, got my car in the next day and had the repair done by close of business. He said to personally call him with any issues or concerns. I can't recommend this shop highly enough and specifically Bobby. I'm glad knowing I now have a local garage I can actually trust.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Got an oil change today. In and out within 10 minutes. Very nice guy and fantastic service. I went to Midas last time a few miles down the road and it took over an hour and a half even though they told me no wait. Will definitely be back!Service: Oil change
