My experience at Acura of ocean was so unlike other car dealerships I have dealt with! They go above and beyond to insure that your experience is nothing less than excellent. The entire staff made the transition from my Honda trade in to my new Acura so easy and quick! All the paperwork was ready when I got there! I would highly recommend them for future car owners. Allan David is an excellent service rep. He was able to get my car in for service on the same day I called and was attentive to my concerns. I appreciate his tech knowledge and advice. My vehicle was in and out the same day on a last minute service request. Service has always been on point at this Acura location for the past 7 years!

Let me start by saying ,for someone who have over 10 yrs experience as a technician ,owner,workshop supervisor for Mercedes Benz back in the islands ,they offer customer service second to none ,until my daughter convinced me to try Acura and it’s the best choice I ever made ,the rest is history,I am a proud owner of a MDX .Acura is in a class by themselves, they demonstrate to me that SERVICE is what they sell from you enter the shop you are greeted with respect excellent staff member especially ALEX he is aware , knowledgeable and always on point ,he checks for recalls,keep you updated on the progress of your car from the minute you drove in until the second you drive out,I can’t see myself not driving an Acura I will be with them where ever I go in the world

We had a wonderful experience at Ocean Acura. Sal was incredibly patient and attentive to our specific needs and wants. The entire team was very friendly, and the facility was immaculate and well-organized, including the restroom. I especially appreciated that we weren’t rushed or pressured into making a purchase; Sal thoroughly reviewed every option with us.

From my phone call on Friday to my visit on Saturday, everyone at Acura of Ocean was great and very helpful and nice. The salesman Sal Gentile was outstanding, very personable and an asset to the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Sal. Chris hooked me up showing me how everything works on my new MDX and he was also aces and really pleasant.
