THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Bought a transmission from them that included warranty. Paid with zelle immediately. The transmission did not work out and I tried to return it, Owner said he's coming to pick it up multiple times did not show up so I dropped it off myself. He showed up to the location seemingly bothered that I was asking for a refund. Wrote me a check that later bounced. I reached out asking them to zelle me back my money and he said their zelle doesn't work. Looks like I will have to take this to court, because theY've taken back the transmission and I'm out $1700.

Warning...these people are horrible at their work. Very unprofessional and not responsible. I recommend to never do business with them.

Went to buy an engine from them. Owner told me it had 92k miles on it. Checked the vin online and it actually had 162k on it which is almost double the amount. Price was fair for an engine with 162k on it but I was told a completely different number. He did issue me a full refund as I cancelled the order before the engine was shipped.

Worst place ever , this guy charged 800$ for a part and job , while it was totally different problem with the car ... it was same as before when I came to pick it up so this guy is a scammer !!

A true five star experience... twice in two weeks for two completely different things on my X5. This guys just different. Super hyper detailed in explanation and actually will send you a video explaining stuff while he's doing it. I'm so glad I found Viejo!

Great place. They are always up front and deal honestly, if they don't have a part they normally try as hard as they can to get one. Anyway pricing is fair and the parts are always good,but if you need small parts this is not the place. It's the whole assembly or nothing.

This was my first time to visit this establishment and I was so grateful for his honesty and assistance. He called me quickly to tell me what he found wrong and car was fixed same day! He sent me pictures and videos of the the defective piece plus videos on how he fixed it. Of all weeks for my a/c to not be working, especially with this week's heatwave, but Rich came through!

Richard was great! I went in because my AC wasn't working. He recommended running a diagnostic instead of just recharging the AC just in case there was another issue. He did find a leak, but determined it was too small to be an issue. After the recharge he noticed the fan was not running at all, and realized it wasn't even connected; it was probably left that way by the last mechanic I went to. Richard is very up front as far as expenses go. He will charge for checking or running diagnostics, but only with the intention of solving the right problem. I defenitely recommend.
