“On a whim, I came across Car Kings while trying to get an out-of-state PPI performed on a car I was looking to purchase and I am so happy I did. John immediately made me feel comfortable in that he actually knew what he was talking about unlike some shops. He was honest, upfront, flexible and thorough in the services performed. Because of his recommendations, I ultimately bought my dream car. It's unfortunate I do not live closer otherwise I would definitely use Car Kings as my go to place for automotive services. “Went for headlight and even though they were full of cars with limited time they listened to me and found a way to service me even though my car required time removing the front fender and I also got my oil change done with full synthetic oil and was able to negotiate a great deal to top it off. “Rich & crew replaced the 46RE trans in my 1999 Dakota RT. Previous shop: was Gold Seal, closed, in Upper Saddle River. Big trans, 5.9 engine and a tight fit. A Perfect job, + reversed flowed the trans cooler.
4 years later, it runs perfect, driven 366 days a year, towing, and loaded with tools or heavy Home Depot items.
Repeat customer, I travel from Long Island for this shop and I'm frequently stuck in traffic for hours on the GW Bridge. Trans: never over-heats, and shifts perfect.”

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.

He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.
