Been coming here for years. Definitely one of the best in Subarus and tuning. If you have a Subaru, don't hesitate at all to bring it here. Had all my friends with Subarus come here also. We all be very happy with our subies and their performance. They are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. One of the best shops I've been too. Extremely well organized. Always cool to see all the Subarus outside everytime.

I don't care if you have to cross the 7 seas to get her but this is the only shop for your car. Phenomenal customer service, very professional, the work is amazing quality and they deliver on time. Did I mention the prices they charge are way better than any other shop you'll see?

I would reccomend Prime to anyone I know with a Subaru and I will be. I planned to bring my car in for a Dyno tune as well as predyno inspection. They were extremely patient with me and all of my questions. They were also extremely accommodating doing a few last minute things for me without hesitation. Even when I had more questions the following week after the tune, they didn't hesitate to answer right away and give me the right information. I won't bring my Subaru anywhere else for anything performance related and will be back when I'm ready for the next step. If your thinking of going to prime motoring, don't hesitate. Your in Good hands.

First off, I gotta say Prime customer service was absolutely one of the best I’ve encountered in a long time,. I recently purchased a vehicle that was supposedly built and tuned by Prime,. Come to find out Prime only had their hands on the vehicle to help the previous owner with a few issues,. Never built, or tuned by them.
Upon contacting them for a little history and background on the vehicle come to find out there was none, other than the work provided prior to the sale. Nonetheless they gave me as much information on the vehicle they could, everything that was recommended to the previous owner, different options for me to consider, all avenues for me to figure out and budget for. Most places would have just kicked my request to the curb and just let me figure it out or give me the “bring it in and let us take a look at it” start the whole process again for a couple bucks.. but nope 3 days of communications and help for me to understand my options.
If they treated me like this just to help, I’d be 100% comfortable bringing my car in. Look forward to having my Subie worked on by Prime and tuned by JR!

I've never left a review mostly because I'm lazy. These guys left a lasting impression enough to make the extra effort. Got my 2018 WRX dyno tuned yesterday and these guys took care of me. Answered every question I had, found 2 boost leaks on my car and even pointed out that my newly installed coilovers were installed improperly(which they didn't even have to do...) so thank you. Not only that but they pointed me in the right direction on my build plans, they know their stuff. I'll be returning in the future when we're ready to take the next step on our build. Thanks guys!

Great Customer service. Answered all of my questions on my 18' Sti and stayed in contact with me via email throughout the process of me finishing my build so that I can have them tune it. Car runs great and put down good power.. One of the best shops on the east coast when it comes to Subaru knowledge and expertise. JR knows his stuff.

I've trusted the guys at Prime since one of my dream cars was purchased '20 STI. They're very knowledgeable about upgrades, maintenance, even the proper way of getting to your goal whatever that may be. My first experience with them was a full Cobb nexgen stage 2 install, some other upgrades, add-ons and a tune as well. If you're on the fence or just looking for trustworthy performance shop I recommend emailing or calling them and asking all the questions you have. I'll be coming here for all my future upgrades and maintenance. The view of all the amazing cars they're working on from the office is pretty awesome too. Out of respect of the owners who may not want their cars posted I won't add the picture I took... but wow what a sight. That alone makes every visit worth it for me lol. Instead I'll share my dyno and vanity shot of my car. P.S. the guys could've ordered all the parts I got and likely saved me some money too. Full face palm... I didnt know found them afterwards but happy regardless. Happy modding to everyone.

My 05 WRX was running horribly and needed to be retuned. After a little research I found prime motoring. They were super helpful and helped me set up an appointment over email. At my appointment they did a pre dyno inspection and ordered parts for my car that helped bring it up to par to be tuned. My car feels like a totally different car after being tuned by these people. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Subaru that they want tuned. I fully plan on going back again when I can do a full engine rebuild with a built block.
